Look at fine print.

Look at fine print. Wanted to buy a $23K car cash but convinced me to finance only to include all additional stuff no needed. When contract done I was going to end up paying $36K because of all things Sade’s on their end when car was only with 10k miles. It had manufacturers warranty still but they insisted they needed to sell the car with all those additional warranties. They wanted to make an extra $8k profit selling me stuff I specifically told them I did not need. Do not buy from them. Very bad experience

Would never purchase from their auto group again

Killeen Certified listed a VW Atlas online for $38,707 on cars.com. 1. They will not discuss numbers over the phone but took a deposit to hold the car. 2. We flew 3000+ miles and our salesman was on vacation-we had no notice of such, even though he and I were emailing back and forth that day. Management assigned a salesman until another walked in and said he made arrangements with the first salesman to handle the sale. On to salesman #3. 3. I asked the price-it was $700 more than cars.com, which was $700 more than when I put a deposit down. Killeen would not honor the $38,707 cars.com price because I didn't have a screenshot of it. 4. Killeen would not accept our pre-approved loan financing because it was out of state. They ran our credit report 3 times and offered us a rate 1.25% over our already approved rate. We have excellent credit, the rate should have been much lower. We initialed a financial form to determine payments with the cost of the vehicle portion blank. The salesman said it was just for payment info, don't worry about it. 5. We had to transfer to their Killeen VW dealership because the car had never been registered. 6. The Killeen VW Finance Director had to start everything over and wanted to pull our credit report-no way. He used our already-pulled credit report and offered a lower rate but still 0.45% higher than our pre-approval. 7. After 6 hours into the purchase I asked again what the cost of the vehicle was. The blank initialed financing form now showed costs at $700 higher and fees almost $8,000 higher than the $38,707 advertised, MORE THAN A BRAND NEW ONE, which I showed him on my phone. 8. Fees included certified pre-owned fees (~$1,600), reconditioning fee (~$1,600), GPS anti-theft fee (~2,000), and window tinting ($695), plus more. 9. I asked at the first dealership for the CARFAX. It showed they had removed the GPS that they were trying to charge us the anti-theft for. He removed that fee. 10. The final agreement waived all the fees if we bought the VW Drive Easy 96 mo./85,000 mile warranty for $2,225. I'm sure they charged extra for it. 11. A month later and the car is still not registered and will take 4-6 weeks. Killeen's Warranty manager said there is no way to expedite it. 12. I plan to refinance the vehicle with our original pre-approval but can’t without the outstanding registration.

Tried to sell me an overheating truck for way too much -

Tried to sell me an overheating truck for way too much - they're liars. False information all over. They play dumb with you all day and pretend to have your best interest in mind. He acted all coy about it when the pending code expired to a check engine light. Popped the hood after the test drive and smelt that burnt overheating coolant. The temp gage was "mysteriously" broken as well, stuck at 0 to hide the issues. He said it was registered, but when I asked for proof he came back with it saying it was registered 14 months ago. Yeah right lol. Bad place y'all!

BUYER BEWARE Killeen Auto Sakes is the most...

BUYER BEWARE Killeen Auto Sakes is the most unprofessional car dealer I’ve ever bought from. I bought a 350z convertible from Clarence their sales person from their online internet site. I asked Clarence to do a walk around video for me and of course he didn’t take pictures of what damages the car had. I asked him several times any rips or dents and he continually said no. Well after I paid to have the car transported out to AZ the convertible top had a rip in it and besides that the back tail light assembly had a rack in it with water inside so the lights didn’t work because of damage on that side caused by someone hitting it and tge gas cap doesn’t stay closed either. After complaining to their General Manager and he trying to tell me they never saw these issues which is BS they did send me a tail light assembly which by the way was used, the wrong one abd also cracked. Imagine! I told they they can take the car back but of course refused. I’d never ever recommend this dealership or Clarence their salesperson for their dishonesty and unethical business practices . Stay clear from this dealership

2005 Dodge Ram 1500

I brought this used vehicle a 2005 Dodge Ram on 11/16/2018 vin #1D7HA18N65S228852 and they kept trying to push a warranty on me for an outrageous amount ( Now I know why) . I had the vehicle not more then 24 hours before the fuel pump went out as I was getting an oil change on 11/17/2018. Called them Killeen Auto Sales they told me no warranty on the vehicle not even a warranty for 30 days (AS IS) and I had to have it towed to there mechanic.(I had Triple A for towing) $0 cost for that. Now it cost me out of pocket with the mechanic $499.48 to replace the fuel pump. There mechanic had the vehicle for about a week picked up vehicle on 11/20/2018. I then had to replace two (2) bald tires one had a big slash in the side and that cost me another $500.00 for that (OUT OF POCKET) at Discount Tires 11/20/2018. Then on December 3, 2018 my son decided to take a trip to AZ and the engine blew up in Van horn, Texas on the same day about 4 in the morning stranded on I-10. It had taken till January 22, 2019 to find/locate and replace the engine and the radiator being out in no where land that cost me $3200.00 just for the engine $354.14 for the radiator and $2034.29 for labor this is all OUT OF MY POCKET FOR ME. Killeen Auto Sales told me that the vehicle was in perfect condition when they sold the vehicle to me on 11/16/2018. So since there was no 30 day warranty on a AS IS which I didn't even have the vehicle for 30 days before everything started breaking down it cost me a total of $6587.91 to fix the vehicle and I only paid $5587.29 for the vehicle in the first place. (I HAVE ALL MY RECIEPTS) So I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment to ANYONE. I recommend buying from an authorized reputable dealer in purchasing a used vehicle in the future for anyone looking and staying far away from Killeen Auto Sales. I am going to see if there is anyway that I can place a civil case against them for selling me a LEMON and knowing about it. Well on the bright side I now have a brand new vehicle after paying $12,175.20 for the repairs and including the price of the vehicle. With that also being said I should of just brought a newer vehicle for that price above from a reputable dealer in Killeen that guarantees at least a 30 day warranty on all purchases .
