Outstanding service and attention to detail. I bought a vintage Jeep Wrangler sight unseen and Mina was the utmost professional making sure the vehicle was just what I was looking for.
Mina was great to work with
Mina was great to work with for the recent purchase of our 2015 Ford F-250. He was easy to talk to and was quick to answer all of our questions. He provided us with lots of options for extended warranties and gap insurance for our purchase. The pictures of the vehicle I looked at prior to our visit were proven true when we saw the vehicle in person. I was a bit nervous making a large vehicle purchase from an independent dealer but felt very comfortable with our purchase after talking with Mina. I would highly recommend his dealership for our next high quality used vehicle.
Had a great experience
Had a great experience with the car sales man Mr. Torres. Very nice man, he did give you the car deal salesman attitude. The price listed is the price you pay. No haggling. Which their prices are pretty good. Henry the finance manger was great to. What you see is what you get. They show you everything on the computer. There is no going back and force and they don’t try to pressure you into buying anything extra. I wish more car dealerships were like this.
Failed to disclose that prices are non-negotiable
Drove about one hour to visit dealership to look at a vehicle. After about 5 minutes, was asked where I was in the buying process. Informed Felix that I was ready to buy the right car at the right price. He responded that their online prices are non-negotiable. He should have mentioned that when I called to inquire, or they should have at least posted that on their website. The result is that I wasted almost 2 hours and the cost of my time and gasoline for nothing. If their dealership isn't up front with something as important as their pricing policy, is there anything else they won't be up front about?
I was blown away at the amazing customer service and ease of the entire buying process! Spoke with Mina himself… Discussed my trade-in, sent photos, got an estimate of what my trade-in was worth and negotiated a sale of a car I really wanted. I have two children, so I didn’t have time to waste, and the dealership accommodated me so well. All of the numbers were discussed before I arrived, so all I needed to do was test drive and fill out paperwork. It was easy, fast, and I got a great car! I will definitely be going to them next time. Totally recommend!!

My best automobile purchase experience ever!
A long overdue review, Best Car purchase experience I've ever had! Trust St Mina's for the hard to find sports vehicle you desire! It's like St Mina's knows what car guys and gals are after with the inventory they stock. Read on for details! While mobilized to Afghanistan I kept tabs on 2006-2013 BMW E90 3-series vehicles with M-Sport package and particular color combinations via Cars.com. When I returned home, Mina had one on his lot, but it was across the country from me...until I received orders to San Diego for a one-week class. While in class, I texted Mina late one evening inquiring about the car, he replied back within minutes. Over the next two days we discussed the vehicle and negotiated via text on price. He lowered the price a few hundred dollars and explained that was the best he could do...i didn't doubt it as it was a fair price for a rare low-miles BMW 328i M-Sport with 6MT and Nav. We coordinated a test drive. After class ended on Friday, I rented a car, obtained a check from NFCU, and drove to Los Angelas. The car was parked right at the entrance. I took the most professional test drive I've had. The salesman was wise enough to not say anything during the drive, he let me test all systems and "listen" to what the car was telling me. The vehicle was as advertised...great shape. Mina had pre-filled out the paperwork before I arrived. I handed over the check, he handed over a Title a few minutes later. There were no surprises, no last minute fees...in fact he waived a fee he'd forgotten about. I left about an hour after I arrived, a set of keys and title in hand. From home I coordinated auto transport (don't get me started on that industry) and Mina worked with my chosen company to load the car on the carrier. About three weeks after I bought it, the car arrived at my home. I placed a big red bow on it and surprised my wife with her new wheels in the garage. Best auto purchase ever, thanks Mina!
