I just wanted to say, I was a little hesitant at looking for a classic truck so far from home to show in memory of my 41 year old son who passed suddenly two years ago. I will say Vaughn and his team are the best. He made everything right an worked beyond to make this happen for me. Great man and great family man.

I traded in my Dodge Challenger for something that gets better gas mileage. Let me say first that I was skeptical about trading in a car for fear of losing value. They saw that my car was very well taken care of and offered more than I was expecting for trade in value! Karla responded to my inquiry first thing after checking to see if they had what I wanted in stock. I arrived the following morning and Karla met me on the lot. Im giving this place 5 stars because there was no hassle what so ever! These people are different from the giant dealership system where they send you from person to person. Karla took me through the whole process and made it into a worry free trade. All the staff are personable not to mention some of the pretty sweet classics they have for sale. Called Tuesday, April 12 about seeing 2004 Ford T-Bird on Thursday morning April 14. Left name and phone number to call me if car not available for my Thursday visit. No calls from. Got there Thursday 8:45 am. Sales lady couldn't locate car. They took to auction on Wednesday. Wasted 100 mile trip. Did buy 2002 T-bird from much more reliable dealer in O'fallon,Missouri.

We went in to buy a specific car (Son's first car) but was steered towards a 2002 Dodge Intrepid with 98,000 miles on it. Was told it would be a good 1st car for our son. Paid $6k for the car. Shortly after getting the car home we noticed antifreeze leaking from the thermostat cover. Took it back and they repaired it. Today the car is toast. It blew a head gasket...antifreeze in the oil and engine block. Car repair place we took it to said it would need a new/refurbished engine. He looked online and could find none available. Reading reviews of the Dodge intrepid the 2.7L engine is a terrible engine. Now we're out $6K and our son has no vehicle to get back and forth to college. Bob McGee

I never got an email back from the dealership after I emailed them about a vehicle I was interested in so my experience was poor
