Nice showroom and a beautiful selection of cars.

Nice showroom and a beautiful selection of cars. I looked at a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible and worked with Danny, who was friendly, professional, and laid-back. There was no sales pressure and I was able to get a good price on the automobile. Service provided a detailed review of their inspection and upgrades. They instantly addressed a small mechanical issue that I had with the car, and it was detailed and looked great on delivery. Highly recommended this dealership.

Saw a car online on saturday and called about it.

Saw a car online on saturday and called about it. Drove down from Ma on sunday and bought it. John b. was fantastic. We had a few concerns with the vehicle and they were taken care of. No hassles or pressure. Never in 45 years of buying cars did i have buying experiance go this pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership.

My issue with this place is the service center.

My issue with this place is the service center. Not only was there not a proper safety inspection preformed on this car. But the one person I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude. Going so far as to state "I don't know what you want from me the car runs." I got sold a car with BALD tires, and a bad catalytic converter. Finally after fighting for several days was able to get my car sales person to get the sales managers to do the right thing. I had several other problems with the car and the service center "couldn't get the car to recreate the events". One of them being the car shaking in reverse and jerking another is a rattling that even the sales person heard on the test drive that was supposed to be rectified before I purchased the vehicle and they claimed it was when it was not. They did do an oil change on the car before time of purchase as well as other things today after it spent the day at a Chrysler Dealership today is 3/6/23 I purchased this car 2/17/23 the transmission got reprogrammed, AND we found out that the oil housing cooling unit is leaking oil SEVERELY! I have barely driven the car so this car was most definitely sold this way the service center did not properly look at this car we are now looking at a 1200$ bill for this. To top ALL this off I was promised an extended warranty on this car I told them over and over "I want an extended warranty I want to talk prices" I was told after they ran the financing AFTER we signed all the paperwork to sell my car and cancel the registration of it and purchase this new car that we also needed an additional 400$ down on the warranty and that was going to be an additional 184$ a month for 18 months. We were told that anything mechanically wrong with the car minus emissions and wear and tear items would be covered on this warranty on the pages we saw in front of us. That was a lie so now we are footing the oil housing cooling unit as I refuse to let their service department with the rude employee who clearly either refuses to see oil leaks when changing oil or isn't a very good mechanic to touch my car again. BUYER BEWARE!

Coming from someone who hates the car purchase process,

Coming from someone who hates the car purchase process, this was a great experience from start to finish. Derrick, was extremely helpful through the entire purchase, in constant contact and went above and beyond every step of the way. Any issues or questions were addressed immediately and without hesitation. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

lied to me several times

Dishonest dealership do not buy from here. I was told by the manager all cars get new tires and brakes, turns out that was a lie. I had issues with a minivan I bought, steering wheel shaking at various speeds. I took the car back 3 times and each time I was given a different reason for the problem but it never went away. Took the vehicle to my normal mechanic shop and I was told it was the tires that caused the problem. Called the dealership to explain we had an answer to the problem and they wanted me to help pay for replacement tires. I do not recommend buying a car from here, they lied to me several times and I never felt like they took my safe concern seriously.

My son and I were out

My son and I were out looking for a car and we ended up at Wallingford Auto Park (for my second car in 8 years). As soon as we pulled in the lot, I saw my retirement car I've been in search of for about 5 years. It's also a car that my son liked (hard to find one we both like). We talked with Salesman Patrick Baker about the car and found out he was very knowledgeable about many of the cars on the lot. and we decided to take one out for a test drive. Upon return, we were done looking, we asked Patrick to run some numbers and find out if my son and I would qualify for this particular car. We were only there for 1/2 hour longer and we ended up getting an answer, it was a YES!!!! We put a small down payment to hold the car overnight, and we headed back the next day to pick up the car. WE arrived at 3PM and signed all the paperwork and we were driving the car home by 4:40PM. That has never been the case with any of my other car purchases. All in all, my son and I are very happy about the purchase, including the professionalism from beginning to end. Let me just say, Patrick has been in touch many times after our purchase to make sure we like our car and just to see how we are doing. He goes above and beyond, and I thank him. Derrick was not only very helpful but he was very

Derrick was not only very helpful but he was very thorough in all the transactions. He did not hesitate to help but also did not pressure me into making any decisions. He was extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance through the process. He was just as excited as I was to see me getting in this car. Derrick is 10/10, amazing! I would recommend him to anyone.

Placed 500.

Placed 500. Downpayment on Monday. Was told car was not ready for a test drive . They would call me in a day or two. Wednesday I followed up as well as on Thursday. Was told they had issues and may return car . Friday I was told the car was sold . The manager said he got it for his client, but deal may fall through….he would call me back. He did not even have the decency to call back. Had another salesman call back and tell me things happen for a reason. Very shady business practices.

Derrick was absolutely great!
