I had an outstanding experience working with Drew! From start to finish, his patience and professionalism made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, demonstrating an impressive depth of knowledge without ever being pushy. What stood out most was Drew’s attention to detail and genuine commitment to making sure everything was perfect. After the purchase, he even spent over an hour with me walking through all the car’s technology to make sure I felt completely comfortable and confident using every feature. Relaxed, straightforward and helpful.

Relaxed, straightforward and helpful. I felt like our salesperson was sincerely trying to help and he was responsive then I reached out a few days later.

If I could I would give no stars I could. I bought my VW...

If I could I would give no stars I could. I bought my VW there. BIG mistake!! I also purchased my extended warranty there.. However, If it needs work done on it - which has been often, I have to take it out to Bowmansville. I feel that they should either fix it where it was purchased or take the responsibility of getting it to a different location. I truly wish I had never bought my car there.

Bill Kuhn was professional and cordial in working

Bill Kuhn was professional and cordial in working with me to lease a new Hyundai Tucson. He answered every question and looked into best lease possibilities. Bill provided accurate and clear information enabling me to make my decisions rather quickly. His guidance was most appreciated.

I couldn't be more happier with my transactions with Towne Hyundai. I Bought a Santa Fe from them in July 2019 and no fault of theirs I had some problems with the car. each time I brought it in, the service department (especially Mike) went above and beyond to make the repairs seamless and get me a rental and explain what happened. Between Bill Kuhn and Steve Davis they worked diligently to find me a different car I would be happier with. I must say that I had high demands and was somewhat borderline annoying with all the questions and demands and tearful calls and yet in the end Steve contacted ME when a car came in he thought I'd like. So, that tells me that Towne (especially Bill and Steve) care about their customers even after the sale. Steve could have just waited for me to contact him when I saw a car online but he didn't. Towne, along with Bill and Steve will always have my business going forward. 5 stars for sales and service. Thank you Steve, Bill and Mike!

Towne went above and beyond!!!

Outstanding customer service

I bought my very first brand new car from Towne Hyundai in 2012. I have been back for service maintenance many times since then and have always had a delightful experience. The staff are so curtious and helpful to say the least. Thank you Towne Hyundai for your outstanding customer service from buying to maintenance and repairs!

2017 Sonata Experience

BThe 2017 Sonata is a nice looking car. The Dealer pointed out the many fine assets of the vehicle. After test driving the vehicle, it proved to provide perfect handling and a smooth and quiet ride. My purchase of the Sonata from Towne Hyundai was just as perfect as the vehicle itself.
