The experience at Holler by far has been the best of all i have had with hyundai dealers, and this is the third different i have been to.

Perfect experience

Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Genesis sedan from Holler Hyundai of Winter Park, Florida. My sales person, Liz Schaffer, listened closely to my requirements and within just a few minutes had outlined the terms of the purchase in a complete and transparent manner. The next day I returned on appointment and we finalized the transaction with the help of Josh Payne, the dealer's finance manager. Due to the end of the model year,this was a "locate" purchase. I told Mr. Payne that I understood the logistics involved and to please not worry if it took a week or two to bring the car to the dealership. Imagine my surprise when, less than forty eight hours later, I received a call from Ms. Schaffer that not only was the car in stock, but that two make-ready staff members were already working to remove all of the donating dealers add-ons. Edwin Louis and Joe Mill Harris both worked non-stop on the car for several hours to restore it to factory condition and deserve special acknowledgement for their behind-the-scenes efforts. Final delivery could not have been more trouble free with the able help of Edwin Melendez of the finance department and Ms. Schaffer who programed my iPhone into the car while I wrote the check. All in all it was a wonderful experience. As long as this staff is around, I am never buying another Mercedes! I hope you will let each of them know how much they contributed to this result. Elizabeth is awesome!

Elizabeth was awesome! Very professional, friendly and delivered an excellent experience. She answered all of our questions with confidence and made everything smooth and enjoyable. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from her and our family will continue to go to her whenever we are in the market for a new car.

Better than other dealers

Buying a car can be painful. I like the approach holler Hyundai uses to sell cars. Even though the dealer fee attached to the deal is still annoying, rather that than never really knowing if you got a good deal or not. The game of negotiating the price of a car is just gross, time consuming, and it really can become elaborate. Thank you for making it easy.

Review

Generally they are good people. But some of the things you have to ask for yourself especially in finance. Byron was a very nice and helpful guy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

An Experience of Excellence

The salesperson Liz Schaffer and F&I Eric Smith were on point, on top of their game, professional yet exhibited care and concern for my needs and expectations. They really made this experience pleasant and informative. I have highly recommended them and the dealership to other individuals and will continue to do so. We are very pleased!

Hyundai Sonata

Not your typical car purchase

As I mentioned in the survey, we ended up buying first one Sonata Hybrid and then a few days later, a second. This put some amount of stress on us as paid cash and had to watch our pennies, as it were. Pattie, Ronnie and Jim were very helpful when we really needed them.

Pleasant purchase experience

Everyone who helped us at Holler Hyundai was friendly. We didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle, we were just informed of options and offers. We ended up leasing two vehicles and are happy with the decision.

Paul Ortiz was great. He knew everything about the car I chose. Josh was very helpful too.I got the car at the price I wanted because of him.
