I went for 1 specific car and I went home with that car....

I went for 1 specific car and I went home with that car. It was priced well below what it should have been and only been their 1 week on sale. i am SHOCKED it was not snagged up -the entire staff was friendly, not fake. I was there for hours but well worth it. My credit is not all that and they got me financed along with what I felt was a fair trade in price (for a trade in). I have a 90 day warranty on the As IS vehicle which is basically brand new anyways along with the dealers manufacture warranty.Any issues would be the car could have been detailed better (dog hair and dirt), and would have loved an initial full tank of gas from day one. So pretty much if that is the issue-they are doing G R E A T !!!!! While there I heard a gentleman compliment them saying they have dealt with them for years and only will with them and complimented their service center use too. Very pleased too bad they are 75 miles away from where I live.

2014 Sonata & Frederick Coley

I had the pleasure of working with Frederick Coley this December when I was in the market for a new car. I made the decision to purchase a 2014 Sonata Limited, and I was and still am extremely satisfied with my decision. Frederick Coley walked me through my buying process with unprecedented patience and understanding as this was a very stressful experience (first major purchase on my own). I had been to many other Hyundai dealerships in the Orlando area and the service I received from Frederick Coley outshines the rest. I would recommend this dealership and Fred to anyone in the market for a new car.

no pressure

I contacted a few Hyundai dealers looking for an Elantra GT. Although I was disappointed that there weren't anymore 2013 models left with the specifications I wanted, I was shown a 2014 model that I ultimately bought.My salesman Quan Loc was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that I felt no high pressure sales tactics from him or the dealership. The whole process took very little time and I was very pleased with the overall experience. This was the first time I brought a car on my own, being a recent widow, so I was very pleased that it went so well and I love my new car so far.

2014 Sonata

I went in to the Holler Hyundai dealer to just look around at what was available in my price range. I was greeted by Nancy DiCarlantonio, who was very knowledgeable about the product, and sat down with me and went over what I was looking for in a vehicle, what my budget was and they models I wanted to compare. She knew of some models with what I was looking for, and we went to the lot and looked around. I began with the Elantra, since my two sisters each have one, bought from the same dealer. Then we went to look at the Sonatas. When she walked me to the Sonata, I knew this was going to be my car. She explained all of the perks of this vehicle, and then we took a test drive. Well I was in love. The whole process was very quick, which impressed me, considering it was a Saturday. There was never any pressure to buy, and the whole process took just 2 hours. I would highly recommend Holler Hyundai to anyone looking to buy this brand. They are friendly, courteous, and there is no pressure to buy.

New car purchase

We had a great experience buying our Santa Fe Sport 2.0T at Holler Hyundai. Edwin Melendez and David Oliver helped us very much and were very knowledgeable. They worked hard and showed us many vehicles before we made our purchase. We would recommend Holler Hyundai and their staff when purchasing a new vehicle.

Great car buying experience

I purchased a Mazda 3 from Holler Hyundai after looking for 2 weeks. I hate dealing on a car and their no haggle pricing was a plus for me. The price was well below the market value for the year, mileage and options on this car. Fred Coley was our salesman, his laid back, friendly disposition was a welcome during this purchase. There was no pressure to purchase but totally our decision. I understand why they have a high rating on these websites. When I need another car in the future I will definitely look at their inventory

Buying a Santa Fe Sport made easy

Both Fred Coley and Chris Terrell went out of their way to provide professional and first rate customer service. The finance group did their stuff as they executed the paperwork to purchase in Florida and register and tag in North Carolina.

New Elantra GT owner

We had been shopping for a car for several months and kept getting the run-around from the various local car dealers. All of that changed when my wife and I arrived at Holler Hyundai on Christmas eve and were met by Juan Carlos Agostini. He was friendly, professional, and could be the poster child for customer service. He located the car we were interested in and showed us in detail all of the cars' functions. We were able to agree on a good price and Juan completed the paperwork post haste while explaining each form in detail. We would certainly recommend Holler Hyundai and Juan Carlos Agostini to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Great Service, Great Prices

Holler Hyundai is the best place to buy a car! The sales experience was hassle-free and everything was truly about customer satisfaction. Dale Humphrey is a wonderful salesman that is on your side and wants to find the best car (model and price) for you. When I decided I wanted to purchase a certified pre-owned 2010 Elantra, Dale took me through the whole process to make sure I understood what was going on and where my money was going. I thought my budget was not going to line up with the car that I truly wanted but Dale Humphrey made it happen! Jim at Holler Hyundai really did his best to work with me for the trade in value of my current car and giving me the best price possible. Crystal Jacinto took me through finance and treated me with respect while doing her job efficiently to close my deal. I was so thankful for Dale?s willingness to take my desires in purchasing a new car and make them his own. He had an incredible amount of patience with me. Dale, Jim, and Crystal all made buying a car the best experience I could ask for. I would buy from Holler Hyundai again in a heartbeat!
