Holler Hyundai

My car was involved in auto accident and was a total loss and I had been looking for another Hyundai Elantra through the internet and visiting local dealerships but was not happy with what I found. I happen to see a Holler Commerical on TV where the actually customer mention that the best part of their buying experience was no haggling. I went on the internet and saw the vehicle I would like to have and decided to visiting the dealership ( I had already made up mind that mostly like the vehicle would not be available at that price) I was judging this on other dealers that I had previous been to. Upon arrival I was introducted to Juan Carlos Agostini who was a very polite and soft spoken man and when I explained to him the reason for my visit and what kind of car I was looking for he then asked me to come inside and check their inventory to make sure the vehicle was still available. The vehicle was available and at the price I wanted to pay and within 24 hours I had the vehicle that really wanted with all the extras at very good price.

After doing my research and speaking with a number of dealers, the straight-forward "best price first" approach presented by Nikki at Holler Hyundai was truly a breath of fresh air. Not only did she present a compelling price the first time, she did so without any haggling and in a professional manner without any high pressure sales techniques. After purchasing cars over the last 30 years, I can sincerely say that this was one of the best experiences I have had, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking the best prices in an effortless buying process.

I have purschased numerous vehicles from various dealership and I have to say I really was satisfied with Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, Fl. From the time I arrived with family, I was met by Mr. Juan Carlos Agostini (Salesman). He was extremely professional and courteous with us. He explained everything pertaining to all vehicles we viewed, which were to many. He took his time with each vehicle and showed us the differences each vehicle had. He never pressured us in any way to buy a vehicle on the contrary he told us to take our time and make sure the vehicle you want meets all of your demands. Once we found the vehicle we wanted he explained all of the discounts the vehicle came with and we bought it! The price was perfect. He was there from the beginning to the end of the final transaction. What we really liked about Mr. Juan Agostini, was his follow up once we took the car home. It has been three months since we bought the car and he still calls and checks up on us and the car, great guy. Most salesmen sell you a car and basically forget about you not Mr Juan Agostini. Good man!

We really enjoyed the experience at Holler Hyundai. I wouldn't normally make that statement when referring to car buying! Michael Friedman at Holler Hyundai sold us our Santa Fe last year and we came back when we knew we needed another car. We still have the Santa Fe, this time we traded in a 10 year old car for a new Sonata. Michael was extremely helpful as usual. I normally would hate to go to a dealership to buy a car but Holler and Michael made this a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Gordon Threlkeld was excellent. In fact everyone I dealt with at the dealership was terrific. The car was delivered in a timely and professional manner and Gordon was very respectful of my time constraints. This was very important to me. My expectations were exceeded.

This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had (and I've bought about 10 cars). The people at Holler Hyundai were so honest and upfront-- no manipulation. They made a reasonable profit, but I got the best deal of any dealer I'd gotten a price from (4 comparisons)- with NO tension! I actually enjoyed buying this car!

It had been 15 years since I purchased a car and it was like a breath of fresh air to come into the Holler Hundai dealership after being hassled all day in other dealerships. Nikki, the sales rep. was so kind and patient with me. She found the right color that I wanted and patiently answered all my questions about the car making sure that I was comfortable driving before I left. Toni Lynn, the finance person got me the best price possible and was so pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car!

Jim and Ronnie are the best! From start to finish I received excellent customer service, honesty, fairness an excellent price...and all that with NO PRESSURE. I came in to the dealership looking for a very specific vehicle - model, options, colors, etc. These guys worked hard to find the exact Sonata I wanted at a very competitive price, just a little more than a comparable used car. As if all that isn't enough, Jim went above and beyond in the delivery of the vehicle so that we could execute a flawless surprise to my wife for her Christmas present. I could not be any more pleased with Holler Hyundai that I am and I will definitely recommend Holler Hyundai, especially Jim and Ronnie, to everyone I know who is interested in a great car.

After going to a competitive dealer and leaving 3.5 hours later, I went to Holler Hyundai. I was in and out the door with my new car in 2.5 hours. The experience there was the best. Dennis Wiltshire was my salesperson and he was very professional. You definitely have my families business.
