I was misled and lied to the whole entire time. Communication was awful! I went in on a Thursday to look at a car and get information on whether or not i could finance and get the car. I was told they would work with me and help, however they never once called me back I had to call them 20+ times within 5 days. They would ask for certain documents I would send it to them directly after and then they would not even look at what I sent until I called every time. Eventually the next week Wednesday, after had been led on and being told that they would be able to find financing for my car, I call just to find out that they had already sold both cars I was looking at that past Saturday. Awful experience especially if you are a first-time car buyer. I would put -1 stars if I could.

We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! We worked with Jairo and is always willing to answer our questions at anytime taking our worries away. I work in sales and can see the Hussle they put in.

Negotiated an out the door cash price including all fees and taxes. When I used their bathroom, they rushed over to my wife and had her sign the contract. They quickly folded it up and stuck it in an envelope before I came out. I glanced on the contract and saw our negotiated price was correct. When we got home, I noticed on the contract that they omitted the paid sales tax on the car. They wrote the out the door price as 100% taxable, which was $500 more than the sticker price of the car. Now we have to pay $1000's for taxes. Great Job Reo Motors for screwing over another customer. Congratulations!!

I brought a car from them that i had never test drove had problems ever since i left the lot called and was told to bring it in they said they didnt see a problem with the car left the same day car started to over heat and still no help called to talk to owner and and said they could not do anything for me took it in the other day to try and trade it in and said they dont do it unless its paid off in full i really thought it would have been diffent but nope

Worst experience trying to purchase a vehicle ever. Spend your money else where. They have no customer service skills and treat you like garbage. Negative stars if I could.

They have po0r business practices, they are rude and act as if you inconvenience then when they need to do their job. RUN FROM THIS PLACE- Customer service is negative stars
