I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! I have had my car for three years now. I’ve had a problem with the transmission since I bought it. Every time it went in for service they couldn’t find anything wrong. Month after warranty ran out the transmission completely broke down!!! Fortunately they are covering it but it’s now been almost 6 weeks. The only contact with them was in person because they won’t answer phone or return calls! Terrible customer service

I wish I could give this place a negative review….. I got the car from them in august of 2022 and I had nothing but issues with it from day one I started hearing a noise coming from the front end so had it at their service department that they scheduled for a month later and they claimed they heard nothing so I did my own digging on the car and within 3 months time I had to replace the hubs the axel the lower control arm the thermostat housing and more…….the car also showed signs of rust within the first month that I had it would also need timing belt which that is and 850 job in the garage then they want to question why you want to give the car back they say was it serviced I really think they have a warranty just to pull you in to get a car and then when you have it serviced they say there is nothing wrong I highly recommend staying far away from this company the cars are not worth what they are selling them for don’t waste your time or money on this bogus company……

This was the best experience ever!!! So quick , so easy. Mike Crooch was so awesome !!!! I would recommend Mike to everyone I know. I am exceptionally a satisfied customer!!! Awesome dealership awesome people!!!!

This dealership is a crook, the swindle you in to buy a car, then when your car breaks down a month later, they have no help to give, took weeks for them to fix only to breakdown the same day and need another tow, no way to get to work and they will not pause payments. Run from this place, they are con artists

Don’t waste Your time or money. You will end up in a bigger financial hole than when You went in. Staff is dishonest and rude when you ask any question. Will not disclose the sale price of vehicle until after You have literally agreed to And signed the monthly finance agreement.(had to do the math in my head smh). And even after signing the agreement they still won’t tell you the sale price. You literally have to look in the paper because every car on that lot is the same price. There’s three categories(set prices)your credit score can get you in. The higher the credit score the higher priced vehicles they are going to sell…but they are just as Bad as The “low tier” vehicles. I Learned my lesson for sure.
