I have always bought cars from the big dealerships, because I have always been worried about how fair and the quality of products at smaller ones. I have been with my husband to buy cars from smaller dealerships and it's always been a so/so experience. When I was researching Toyota Prius on Cars.com I found Randy Adams, INC. My husband and I decided to give it a go, at the very least I would be able to check out the car for research. I couldn't be more thrilled that I came here! Larry Ayala was AMAZING! He took us out and gave us not only an amazing deal on my Prius (DREAM CAR!) but also a really fair deal for my Corolla trade-in. I saw a car online that I wanted to drive. I had seen one elsewhere at another dealer and it just was not what it appeared to be in the photos. I made and appointment to see the car and it was detailed and ready to drive upon my arrival. I was amazed at the condition of the car. Actually better than I had expected. Now to the buying part. I didn't haggle about the price except I told them what my top dollar was and if they could find the financing for that figure I would buy the car. They agreed. The finance manager (sorry I lost his card) was amazing. He search high and low and was able to locate a local lender that agreed to the terms. I have sense opened an account with them and they are also terrific. There was one very minor repair (an inside door post covering needed a clip) that was needed. They ordered the part and emailed me when it was available to install. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the buying experience. No high pressure, turn over to another guy, beat you down, hide your car and keys you came in with (seriously, that has happened to me). In short, try them out. I think you will be pleased as I am.

I had called the morning of to make certain the 2003 Honda CRV was still available on their lot since I was going to be driving from San Antonio and did not want to waste a drive or time if it had been sold. I was informed it was still there, I got there and they immediately brought the vehicle out to me, I asked at that time if I could have my mechanic take a look at it back in San Antonio? They did not hesitate a moment and said that was fine. I drove it to my mechanic and he checked it out and said it looked like a very well maintained vehicle and I drove it back, walked in made an offer.... had a counteroffer and the deal was made. They washed up the car and handed us the keys. Great experience and I'll be sending folks there!

called from San Antonio to ask about a car they were marketing on the internet. It was not on the lot, but they found it in the detail shop, and Chase called me back - he had the car ready to test drive when I got there,, and was helpful about expediting the purchase without playing the price game. My first offer had one acceptable counteroffer, and we were all done. The car was purchased below blue book value, and I was out the door in under 2 hours. I'd deal with them again. The car had not been detailed in any way when I saw it, which gave me a good idea of how it had been treated by previous owners. They ran it through inspection for me, and washed it, before I left the dealership.

I tried to contact the dealer about a truck they were selling but they never replied to my messages. The price of the truck also change significantly from one day to the next.
