Wonderful car buying experience here at Findlay Honda! First off, it is very easy to set up an appointment. I was able to get an appointment set up to come check out the 2024 Honda CR-V’s a couple days before via their website. The day of the appointment we arrived on time and went to the waiting room. The dealership is super welcoming and clean. Everyone was super friendly and kind. We were supposed to meet with Luisa, but she was with another buyer. We got set up with Andrew Daye. Andrew is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were so glad we got him as our consultant. He helped us pick out our new CR-V and gave us all the helpful tips and info we needed. He was super relatable and helped us the whole way answering all of our questions. The whole experience was way easier than I have experienced in the past with car dealerships, most of it was thanks to Andrew! My husband and I were so thankful we had a great experience overall and would come back to Honda any day! I have been going to this dealership for maintenance on my old civic and straight to the point they are the best. They’re not about just making the most money they can from you. Findlay assures you’re taken care of. JP helped me get a good deal on a new civic. JP was very nice and worked with me patiently. All my questions were answered and even more. They follow up with you and make sure you know that they care and appreciate your business. I will always go to Findlay for anything my car needs. Devin my service advisor is also the absolute best. He makes sure you know everything and shows you the problem. Devin is very nice and will get you in at your convenience!

Service Experience. I went in needing a new headlight bulb and to have the Tire Pressure Monitor light turned off. Vernon W, without making me feel bad about not having prior scheduled maintenance, helped me to update to all the service standards for my 73000 mile, 16 year old Element. He took my need to have all this work done in a timely manner, and must have communicated with the people doing the service, because it was finished 1/2 day earlier than first estimated. I thank everyone who contributed to 'refurbishing' my car, and especially Vernon who guided my through the process.
