Mikah and Mark are top employees. They listened to me and presented a plan and had me in and out quickly. I have been going to this dealership for a good 7 years now. We have 3 hondas in the family and they always provide excellent customer service. Way better service than Honda West, I only went there once to save a little, but they made me wait 45 min just to acknowledge me. Its always fast at Findlay.

Findlay Honda North West is the best dealership in Las

Findlay Honda North West is the best dealership in Las Vegas I would recommend this place to everyone who wanted to buy a car or truck to buy it there.. I just Got my first oil change yesterday, and service/advisor guy who help me out was Cody Schott did a great job of taking care of me. I was in and out quickly. Excellent Service Findlay Honda North West Las Vegas and thank you.

This is a quality dealership that I think sincerely cares

This is a quality dealership that I think sincerely cares about their customers and reputation. I had a slight issue with my CRV purchase and they resolved it quickly and were very fair and I’m happy I bought my car at Findlay’s. Thanks everyone

I scheduled my appointment effortlessly through the online platform. Opting for what seemed like the final appointment of the day, I had concerns about potential rush, especially considering the morning rush they usually experience. Surprisingly, that wasn't the scenario at all. Cody promptly accommodated me, and within less than an hour, I was on my way out the door.

Great service. The service team very professional and courteous They kept me up to date as soon as they discovered my issues and their causes. Promptly gave me estimate cost of repair and estimate time to pick the vehicle up.

My appt was for 0700, service employees were prompt to wait on myself and other customers. Cody the service employee was thorough and informative with reviewing what service my vehicle was due for. He was also thorough when he presented to me the service performed. Overall, a good experience at the dealer. Very efficient and quick experience.

DON WAS GREAT.

DON WAS GREAT. HELPED ME SELECT THE MODEL I WANTED AS I CAME IN NOT KNOWING. HE WAS UP TO DATE ON THE OPPERATION OF THE CAR AND TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW. I CAME BACK IN AWEEK TO THANK HIM AND HE HAD THE CAR WASHED FOR ME, NICE.
