I brought my 2017 Honda HR-V in for service on Friday,

I brought my 2017 Honda HR-V in for service on Friday, July 11, 2025. My primary concern was that the air conditioner was not working correctly. Living in Las Vegas, it is vital to have a comfortable vehicle. When Victor came over to the car and I explained my primary concern to him, we conducted a simple test, and it was what I expected. I learned something new that day. It's great to meet a service consultant who has a good knowledge of general diagnosis. I had to leave the vehicle over the weekend as a part needed to be ordered. I picked it up Monday morning. For the service and price, I am happy. Findlay Honda has always done right by me.

We worked with Mr Q and had a great experience at Findlay

We worked with Mr Q and had a great experience at Findlay Honda. He was never pushy and was extremely helpful. It was the opposite experience we thought we would have at a dealership (in the best way possible). From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everyone was friendly.

I had an amazing experience at Findlay Honda Henderson! From the moment I walked in, the sales staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. One of the things that stood out was how well the team worked together—no pressure, just genuine collaboration to help me find the right car. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. The process was smooth, and I never felt like I was being “sold” to. It’s clear they care more about helping you than just closing a deal. Mr. Q and his team were truly incredible! This is the kind of dealership you hope to find—professional, friendly, and truly customer-focused. I’d absolutely recommend them and will be back when it’s time for my next vehicle. In fact, I brought my husband in 5 days later and he bought a car as well!

Sean is my go to guy anytime I need my car serviced. Recently I wasn’t satisfied with my car after an alignment I paid for, he insisted I bring it back at my convenience to have it fixed free of further charges. Very kind, Very professional. I will only bring my car here!

Geo is great.

I worked with Shaun several times now and he's been professional and helpful each time. He is able to keep me updated on the service and repairs, and lets me know whats going on. The wait wasn't long at all and it was smooth. I appreciate that he takes time to look at the service history to make recommendations on how to keep my car going for the long term since I've shared that with him.
