Frank answered all questions and returned all me calls. Due to health reasons and the distance from where I live and the dealership I was unable to make it to the dealership. Frank worked with me to have the vehicle delivered to me. The Land Rover was as advertised and delivered on time. I would feel confident in dealing with Frank and XL 1 Motorsports on the vehicles that they have advertised.

Falsely advertising a car on your lot for sale while the bosses wife is driving it and is out of town with it for a week…just lost a sale with excellent buyers. You should take the post down if you don’t have the car!

They really don't do well with people that have melatonin in there skin. Always thought green was the color. Guess I will shop elsewhere. Thank you for your presence.

I had a great experience buying XL1 MOTORSPORTS. I spoke with Frank by email and phone and he was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to wait for me at the dealership late into the evening on two consecutive nights, even though I arrived an hour late due to Central/Eastern Time zone difference (my mistake). In spite of this, Frank was very friendly and courteous and told me to take my time test driving the car. While the dealership itself is not very fancy I prefer a great price on a car more than an espresso machine and a fancy lobby. In the end, I got a nearly new (only 2K miles on it) beautiful car at an amazing deal and Frank was a pleasure to work with. I met the owner on the 2nd night and he was also super-friendly I would recommend XL1 MOTORSPORTS to family and friends without hesitation.

We were very satisfied with the deal we got on our van. But more importantly to us is what they went through for us. After our purchase the dealership sent us our paperwork and it was accidentally destroyed at our house. It is unbelievable what they went through to help us replace what was needed. We couldn?t be more thankful for their kindness, willingness to help especially by sacrificing THEIR time for OUR circumstances, and regular communication with us throughout this process. They went the extra mile with no benefit to them. This says so much about them as a business. We HIGHLY recommend Frank as a salesman.

We went into the dealership knowing what we wanted to look at. Everyone was super and helpful. We test drove the car; did the paperwork; and, out the door with our car. We felt a sense of honesty and caring here. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Frank was wonderful to work with. We called ahead and he had our vehicle ready when we showed up. He was personable and professional. When we decided to purchase he helped us find a lender and went out of his way to make sure we could get everything worked out. Even though it took a couple days for our lender to come through, Frank was patient and was able to keep the vehicle for us despite other parties showing interest. The vehicle was clean, repaired, and in perfect order - exactly how we would expect it, and then some. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone and this will definitely be the first place we look next time.

To complete the story I wanted to say that Frank called me the next day after my review posted. He was sincere in his apology, and I do believe 100% that the misstatement of the camera was not intentional at all. It was simply an error. He asked what he could do to fix things, and that was good and the right response. So, I do think it was just an innocent mistake, and they corrected it immediately. I do not and did not mean to imply that anything was intentional.

The ad on both cars.com and their own website said the car had a backup camera. After three phone calls with them today, I drove over two hours to buy the car, only to find out when I test drove it that it does not have a backup camera. I told them about the error and the fact that it was a misrepresentation. They offered no discount, no concession, and did not even offer to pay for my gas. Literally wasted five hours on this trip.

I have nothing but good things to say about this small dealership. 1st off Chris Bailey realy worked with me on the price of my Durange and gave me what I thought was a very fair priIce..... Then more imimportant "After The Sale." I had a few small issues with it ( kind expected on a used viechel) I dealt with Frank on this, he truly took care of me. Took it back to the service dept and fixed it with no questions. They realy seamed concerned that I was satisfied with my purchase They truly stand behind there cars and take care of there customers. One always worries about buying a used car from a small dealership,well let me tell you, there are now worries with these guys. I will be recomending this dealership to my friends Really nice guys that truly take care of there customers.....Joe Reid
