I was shopping for a Tesla model 3 and traveled to several dealerships. I came to Titan Auto and found the cleanest and best priced Tesla around. The staff went over several financing options in detail and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Not only did I get a great deal but the customer service was amazing. My purchase was completely pressure free. I would definitely recommend checking out the team at Titan!

Dealer tried to claim there were additional “loan fees” of $1000 just to work with their bank. I have never seen or heard of this with auto loans, and certainly will not sign up to pay it on top of interest. Someone in this situation is being dishonest and greedy, it’s either the dealership or the bank they choose to use… either way it’s not a great look. This additional fee was never mentioned or disclosed, it was only noticed, when I did the math on the down payment versus the loan amount.

I do not recommend Titan Autos Sales in Worth IL. Bought an SUV 6 days ago and did not turn on the next day. This SUV has been coming up with several problems since we bought it. I have contacted Ross the owner several times and have not heard back. Will update this review if this dealer decides to find a solution.

First off Floyd was a good down to earth person. They worked with me to get a decent price on the vehicle I was looking at. Staff was friendly.
