Eric Gray is terrific! We live out of state, and were interested in a used EV that Mercedes-Benz of Easton had on their lot. My husband spoke with Eric, and within minutes he sent a custom-made video to address some questions we had about the car. He puts a lot of energy and effort into customer service, quick to respond and thorough with the follow-up. Although it turned out not to be the best vehicle for our needs, we are confident we would have had a good buying experience with Mercedes-Benz of Easton.
