I have been a very long time Acura car owner, but I decided to take a test drive at the Mercedes Easton location. I was fortunate enough to be connected... to Kyle Duncan who warned me that once I got behind the wheel of the new 2020 GLE, I would never look back! He was absolutely right but part of that is attributed to his professionalism and not-pushy but attentive communication style. He answered all of my questions and worked with me over a several day period until I was comfortable with my purchase. It has been a couple of weeks, and he has reached out to see if I needed anything as I learn the ins and outs of the GLE. Thanks, Kyle! I absolutely LOVE my new car :)

Nice facility but overshadowed by the arrogance of now Sales Manager Michael and lack of professionalism shown. After patiently waiting on a Sales Manager... to free up from a meeting I witnessed the representative that greeted me walk over to tell Michael that I was still waiting. Even after the meeting finished, instead of coming to greet me he rolled his eyes and walked across the showroom into his office. After another 10 minutes passed I walked over to see him taking pictures of himself at his desk so I left. Didn't value my time, didn't earn my business. What has happened to this once friendly dealership and the staff that treated customers well? At least the folks at Cadillac were pleasant and helpful.

Emily Fletcher and Kevin Edwards are awesome Germain employees. My E-350 was in need of service I wasn't experiencing the ride that a Mercedes Benz is... known for . I knew my tires needed replaced during the service the found some of my wheels were bent and needed Straighten and trued, along with other services I needed oil change and a Alignment. They took exceptional care of me letting me know the updates on my car regularly . While my car was end for service I had them detail my exterior and interior They did an extraordinary job the car looks brand new and it's a 2008. I would recommend Germain Mercedes-Benz to my family friends or whoever is needing service on their Mercedes-Benz. I had a wonderful experience .

Talking about Above & Beyond Service!!!!!!!!!! Eric is the true definition of Outstanding Service at Mercedes Benz Easton. He followed up with me on... numerous occasions to see how I'm doing with my new car. He kept me informed with what new and Hot with Mercedes ??! I love the Mercedes me App and all the perks that come with it. In my 2019 c 300 I was having a problem with finding cruise control. Eric made a personalized video for me giving me all the details on how to operate my new steering wheel functions! I will never buy a car from anywhere else I will always come to Eric for any Purchase! I love the team at Germain Mercedes!!!! Chuck, Mike and Eric are all awesome!!! I most say that Eric put the icing on the cake as far as Superb service! The team at Germain feels like Family. I trust them and they are all just Good peps!
