I walked into your dealership in my usual manner, not

I walked into your dealership in my usual manner, not dressed well and certainly not dressed as many would expect a Mercedes driver to look. Brad Martinkovich greeted me as if I was his new best friend. He showed me the info I wanted in a calm manner, no pushiness. I spent my career as a professional salesperson and have seen many tricks of the trade. I chose to do my selling as Brad did, educate the customer with only as much as they wanted and not being pushy, only asking the right questions at the right time. Brad also had Cody Gastric answer some of the questions and after we bought they answered many more including having Cody come to our home and teach us more. Great touch and part of the reason we chose to make our purchase from you. Great teamwork. The bit of sales training that I liked to teach was being able to read the customer and only answer the questions they really want answers to as opposed to doing a monologue from the owners manual. The first car buying experience that I have ever enjoyed.

My service advisor.

My service advisor. Andrew Weinberg was excellent. I had to deal with a different out-of-state dealership and Andrew was right there with me following up doing anything he needed to do to help me get my car fixed. Couldn’t say enough good about the excellent job that Drew did for me

I recently received service at Mercedes-Benz of Easton. My service coordinator was Mr. Andrew Weinberg. He and his entire team provide me exceptional service with my GLS 450. He listened and address my issues in a courteous and professional way. And his expert knowledge and attention to detail is why I will continue to have all my Mercedes vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Easton. I see Andrew as a future Service Manager of the entire department in the near future. Proud owner of a 2020 GLS450

Mercedes Benz of Easton offers the best customer

Mercedes Benz of Easton offers the best customer experience. I needed emergency car repair after business hours. Spencer Stewart sent a tow truck for my vehicle and a car to take me home. He then sent another car to bring me to the dealership so I could pick up the loaner vehicle he obtained for me at the last minute. This is one of the many reasons I will only drive a Mercedes. Thank you Spencer and all of the helpful people at Mercedes Benz of Easton.

We arrived at 1030a and were driving off the lot by 1230p. The process was quick and seamless. By far the highlight of the experience was Bonnie!! Bonnie, the 1st impressions specialist at the Easton location was AMAZING! She was personable and kind! She did something that has NEVER happened to me with a car dealership before. I was so touched by her gesture and will forever remember our interaction!❤️
