My service writer of choice at Mercedes of Easton is Chris Wilkowski. My service is complicated because my car is driven so few miles a year. Chris figured out a blend of service so that the things that needed to be done based on time were done and others timed for next year. Smart and helpful. Always pleased with Chris' help.

The service department was excellent. Andrew Weinberg my service advisor was amazing he was on time and was very informative about the service process with the 30k service and tire replacement. He provided exceptional customer service which I will be back again whenever I need a service for my Mercedes Benz.
