⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mr. G’s Review:😎 Dateline June 2026: When it comes to buying a used car, there’s always the feeling that if you wait until tomorrow, you might find a better deal. I needed a vehicle and had found one I liked, planning to purchase it the next day. The night before, I came across a vehicle at Universal Auto Sales Fredericksburg that immediately caught my attention. I went to see it, and I knew it was the one. We spent most of the day negotiating and eventually worked out a deal that included a generous trade-in allowance, cash down, and financing terms that I was comfortable with. I drove off the lot very happy with my purchase. What happened next is the reason I’m writing this review. The following morning, I received a call from the dealership. They told me that after I had left, they had found a lender willing to offer me a lower interest rate and wanted to know if I would come back in so they could redo the paperwork and save me money. I was honestly speechless. They had already made the sale. The deal was done. Most dealerships could have simply moved on. Instead, they took the initiative to contact me and make sure I received a better financing option. To me, that’s the kind of thing that demonstrates integrity. I returned to the dealership and signed the new paperwork with the lower rate. The entire process reinforced my impression of the staff. While they may not be related, they treat customers with the warmth, professionalism, and teamwork of a family-run business. This isn’t the typical “I got a great deal” review. It’s a review for anyone who may be nervous about buying a used car and wants to know they’ll be treated fairly, honestly, and with respect. Good deals can be found anywhere. Finding people who genuinely look out for your best interests after the sale is much rarer. If you’re looking for a dealership that values integrity as much as making a sale, I highly recommend visiting Universal Auto Sales Fredericksburg. They worked hard to get the financial part of the loan for the auto.The salesman Ronal was so very helpful and explained everything and answered all our questions.

NOT REALLY A “Great Deal” They are showing a white 2019 Ford transit with no body damage and about 120,000 miles for sale. This van does not exist on the small lot. We drove all the way down there to look for it. And even asked Angela the sales person who didn’t know about it. And they will not return calls answering if they have it hidden somewhere. We don’t want to drive me back

Purchased a SUV from them back in October 2024 and have had nothing but trouble with it and they will not do anything about it. The check engine light came not even 35 miles from the dealership.

This is the most dishonest, corrupt company in Denver. They are highly unethical and I will be filing a State of Colorado Department of MV complaint against them. What a shame for the shady person to withhold $ and ruin a reputation.

Set up test drive appointment, stated that we were driving 2 hours to the appointment. The dealer failed to let me know prior to the morning of the appointment that the "vehicle was sold" the day before. By the time they sent me a message to that effect we were 10 minutes away from the appointment. Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional operation. Willing to stretch the truth to get you to buy. Vehicle was in a accident and I noticed the fender and doors weren't quite right. Also frame damage.(I guess I shouldn't believe my lying eyes). Buyers beware!

They sell Lemons! Do not buy here! I purchased a very nice looking F150 but it will not pass state inspection with 1/32 brakes nor test codes that they archived / deleted to pass their inspection. Very poor customer service and won’t stand by their word.
