They do not response to you even if you call or text many times ! If they do not want to sell the car they just ignore you at all !

Luis Olmos is the person to see. Very knowledgeable about the product and he is also a BMW genius. Purchased 3 cars from Taylor. The deals were fair and they were very upfront. The waiting room is brand new and service from Wendy, Keith and Rocky is the best. They are more than accommodating. With follow up from the service department.

Drove to GA to do some after Xmas shopping. My wife wanted to “swing” into a BMW dealer and “just look”. We were met with probably the best car salesman we have ever met, Peter Christensen. My wife found the car she wanted and started talking. Went for a very informative test ride with Peter. When we returned to the dealership, they looked over our trade which I was happy with the amount given to us. So the deal was done. One of the best parts of the buying experience, was they made us feel like we were buying a $80,000 car versus a three year old used one. That my friend’s was ALL Peter.
