I stopped at the used car area of this dealership several times while I was in school. Apparently they can see when someone is there because someone would always come see if I needed anything, and talk to me about the cars. I been out of school for over a year now and I have started back visiting the lot with the intent to purchase, but guess what?! No one had yet to see if I needed anything. Idk if it's my dark skin or what that stops them, but my occupation says that I can handle one of these vehicles. Low and behold someone stopped on her go cart today to pickup, someone whom I assume to be a coworker who parked a car down there, but as she drove by she asked if I had any questions to which I replied, no but I do know that I want one of these. She then replied well if you have any questions don't hesitate to come ask them. So not only do I have to spend my money, but I have to chase you down to do so? No thank you. On to the Audi and mercedes dealership where they will come to me. Thanks for showing me the way.

My husband and I bought two new vehicles the same month. I purchased a 2025 bmw 430i. My husband purchased a 2026 gmc terrian denali. My vehicle is perfect. My 5th bmw at Taylor Bmw. The gmc has a wobble no one can figure out. Gmc dissapoints us. Sam, luis, Richard, Rocky ( in service ) . Thank you!! You guys never dissapoint. You are the very best.. I knew we should have gotten two Bmw's.

Found an X5 was looking for with desired options @ Taylor BMW... Called Dealership and spoke to Salesperson Ronan... Car was available... then received email stating car available and how to purchase. Called next day to place deposit only to be informed car was sold before my initial phone call... Not good business... How hard is it to know if a specific car is available... Bad Bad Dealership. Please avoid

Terrible dealership...after having bought 7 BMW's over the years I went to buy an X3 for my son. They offered me NO discount and told me to take it or leave it. Went to BMW Columbia mad the purchase in 10 minutes and saved $3,600. Will never go back !!!!!

They do not response to you even if you call or text many times ! If they do not want to sell the car they just ignore you at all !

Keenan Mason is the BEST ever! As soon as I walked into Taylor BMW, he greeted me with a warm smile and was very excited to help me purchase my birthday car! I shared with him what I wanted, and he understood the assignment! If it wasn't for his expertise, calm demeanor, and positivity, I am not sure if I would be smiling today! He found my dream car and I LOVE IT!

Peter Christensen has just sold me my third BMW. He actually came with the new car to my office and picked up my old car so I did not have to go over to Augusta, I live in aiken. Taylor BMW is definitely my family's go to car dealership, and have made us BMW drivers for life. Peter was incredibly helpful, intuitive, and patient and for that I am extremely grateful. I recommend Taylor BMW and I certainly would ask for Peter. Charlie and I would not seek anyone else out to help switch our buying needs.

My client advisor Jimmy Quinteros has changed my mind about continuing to receive services through this dealership. It was nice to not have those biased feelings that are always getting in the way of me patronizing this business.
