Shouting from the rooftops, these people are amazing! We will definitely be buying from them again, and urge others to as well! My husband found a car online and we drove from Windermere to see it. We were handed the keys to drive it on our own (seriously!) and when we got back, they offered to clean the vehicle so we could have a better look (pollen season). It was a busy Saturday but we never felt rushed or ignored. The beauty was that we could talk to anyone on site because they don't work on commission (what?!) so it was so easy to walk the lot, get information, pull records on the car, etc. We had to return on Monday to get the car since they wanted to do the 45-point check, fill the fluids, fill the gas tank (how nice!) and they cleaned up the inside and out even more (totally worth two trips)!! If that wasn't enough, we were replacing a vehicle from a crash and were still waiting for the deposit from the insurance company. They didn't ask for anything additional, just to let them know when they could cash the check we left with them. PROS: Easy to work with, family-owned for decades, they don't work on commission so no used-car-salesmen, great cars with low mileage, trustworthy staff who have been with them for a long time, car details visible online and they are not too far from Orlando. And, their sweet doggy onsite. CONS: They're not in Orlando (but maybe that should stay as a PRO). I have given their website and contact information to so many people already and will continue to do so. I hope to never have to step foot into a car dealership again!!
