He got us a great interest rate. Even though we bought a used car, it is top notch! He takes a lot of pride in his dealership and it shows through his great customer service. This is a family run business. Therefore when you come in you are greeted as if you were visiting a family not a business. Andy does not put any pressure on you to buy, instead he let the cars sell themselves. It a novel idea that I wish was more widespread. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the convertible mustang we purchased.

Due to my business, I have been cursed with a very critical eye. I am pleased that Brian and Andrew at Importacar apparently have the same curse when it comes to cars. My wife and I have been stopping in randomly over the past few months just to check out what?s new on the lot. This week, we found a perfect car for us which I decided to get for my wife for Mother?s Day. I am not very good at keeping surprises so we picked the car up yesterday. When we arrived, the car had been cleaned even though storms were imminent, the car had been filled with fuel and a full service had been conducted by a top mechanic even though it wasn?t technically due yet. The car was almost flawless with the exception of a slightly weathered antenna?which was also replaced without us requesting. It?s as though Brian and Andrew are buyer?s representatives for these cars even before there is a buyer. My wife and I had the luxury of living nearby and being able to check out the cars in person but I have no doubt that if we had driven for hours, I would have been just as pleasantly surprised. It was one of the most pleasant car purchases that we have ever made and I have no doubt that we spent the perfect amount on a perfect car. It is very obvious that Brian and Andrew care about what they do and they take their jobs very seriously, which is very rare over the past few years in any trade, much less the used car trade. If more dealers conducted themselves in such a manner, the negative stereotypes within this sector would soon disappear.

My wife and I as most have purchased a few vehicles over the years but the experience with Brian and Andrew was definitely the most stress free and pleasurable that we've had. My wife knew what she wanted and after I reached out to Brian concerning their posted vehicle I must say the initial conversation was so comforting that after speaking with him the decision of where we were going to purchase was pretty much made. I then had my wife speak with him and without me saying much to her she came to the same conclusion so that told me we were of one mind and on one accord. He was very honest and firm on what he could do by way of pricing and although it was a little more than we wanted to spend I felt the satisfaction in dealing with an honest company would be well worth it in the long run. Andrew picked me up from the airport and provided good information and conversation on the way to the lot. The lot seemed well maintained and very professional. The process was effortless and there were no unknown charges or requirements that came up. The price Brian gave me was the price that we paid and we couldn't be happier. This was a very good experience and I will definitely begin my next search for a vehicle with Importacar and look forward to the same end result.

We had been looking for a pre-owned Nissan Frontier. Found Importacar by accident on the internet. Didn't even know where Madison NC was even at. Best 2 1/2 hour ride we ever took. Brian and Andrew had an immaculate 2015 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x with all the "bells and whistles" and 3977 miles on it. Great price and the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. They have a great selection of low mileage upper end pre owned cars. We now have a friend in the car business. We recommend Importacar to anyone looking for a great car and an outstanding car buying experience.

I found the car I was looking for online at an auction site. With a coordinated effort I was able to purchase the car. I drove over 300 miles sight unseen to pick it up. Upon arrival the car was just as advertised. Even was cleaned up and had a full tank of fuel. Brian is very professional and down to earth. He is very ease to talk to and listens to any concerns you may have. I would highly recommend importacar to anyone looking for a higher end import vehicle. They do not sell junk, trust me.
