I had bought several used cars from this dealership in the past with no issues, but my last transaction was a nightmare! They lied to my face, took my... car on trade, and then said they didn’t. Now I’m left with 2 car payments and they took the car and my keys! I have spoken with everyone, including the owner, and they are all covering their butts even though they know they’re lying. Should have went back to Rick Hendrick or Fred Anderson. Don’t deal with this sleazy company!
I had been searching for a Dump Truck when I stopped in at CBS in Roxboro. I actually talk to the manager and he knew all about my needs and understood... what I would need from a truck to fulfill the jobs I would have it do. He knew about towing and getting the right weighted tag as I would be towing as well. Pat and HB are a lot of fun to deal with and they know their stuff. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I took my car in for A/C repair and they treat me like a VIP. I Called and the got me in the same day. Everything was smooth and easy. Thank you CBS. My... A/C is cold as ice again.
I never even made it onto the lot before the lies and shady practices began. Was "told" (in text form) by Josh Fields that their pre-approval process was... "soft pull only" when I asked specifically into the process of pre-approval. Later, when asked about this lie, Josh Fields would state that if I were to be buying a vehicle that the inquiry process would have had to happen anyways. So...thanks...I guess? I decided that if I was going to be lied to before even stepping foot onto the lot, then I wouldn't put myself in the position to be lied to specific the vehicle I was interested in. Ended up buying from another local dealer who was so straight up about everything, we ended up buying two vehicles when it was all over with. That sales manager saw the text conversation between Josh Fields and myself specific to the pre-approval and was shocked at the lie himself. I'd love to speak to Josh Field's general manager should he ever read this. You have my email and contact information, Scott Wurl.
I emailed asking for the inservice date for a BMW that I was interested in and got a response indicating that did NOT even read my question
Literally sold me a flood car lol 2 weeks ago I drained 6 gallons of water out of my frame, but hey, anything for a profit right? BTW CBS, selling flood... cars and not disclosing it is HIGHLY illegal and you will be hearing from my legal counsel soon... THANKS STEVE SMITH AND TIM ROBINSON
Hi Cody, Sorry to hear about that problem you had. If that car was flooded it should've a disclosure that you have to sing and accept, called damage d...isclosure. Second I can't find any records of you buying a car from us. Also we DO NOT SALE any Flood, theft recovered or total loss cars. Please provide more details for me to be able to find your record. Also sound almost incredible for a car frame to hold 6 gallons of water for over 2 weeks. Must be a really well sealed frame. Please feel free to contact us anytime. This dealer intentionally mis-represented a car listed on cars.com and I think folks should know. I was conducting a nationwide search for a used ('08-'10)... BMW X3 with leather interior and fewer than 80,000 miles. I entered my search criteria on cars.com. I found what appeared to be a great X3 at CBS and was ready to fly out to see the car and likely buy it. To be safe, I spoke by phone with a salesperson who admitted that the car did not have leather interior but vinyl leatherette. He implied that since "leatherette" feels the same as leather, they listed the car as having leather seats. Rather than apologize for the misleading ad, he was eager to educate me that somehow vinyl is superior to leather seats. Whether that's true or not is irrelevant. They intentionally (and without apology) provided false information about their car on cars.com. I suspect they do this routinely.
