Negative Customer Service
Went to the used dealership where store manager Terry was very hostile. He wasn’t very helpful with the process and we ended up leaving without the desired car. We didn’t like the assumptions he had of us and telling us that our loan wouldn’t be approved. Even after speaking to the loan officer over the phone Terry gave us false information and was talking very negative. We was very interested in the car and was saddened that we could’ve drive off the car lot with it.

They reached out to me twice while I was shopping, just to touch base and find out where I was in the process. They were not pushy or irritating, just present and available. I will definitely shop there again in the future
But one thing I brought 18000 Ford Escape it came with one key it a feature on car u can setup under the mykey program system…..they made me buy the spare key for the car which I just purchased two days ago….Bad Business…but great customer service🤣🤣🤣🤷♂️

I purchased my van at CBS Quality Cars May of 2021. I treated myself for Mother's Day. It was the best thing I could have done. As a matter of fact this is second car I purchased from CBS Quality Cars. And, I must add that my son has also purchased two cars from CBS Quality Cars in Roxboro,NC. Well, I visited the dealer for the first time yesterday. Drove from W-S to look at the Audi A7 that was on the lot. The salesman was pretty nice at first, and respectful until we pointed out a few flaws on the car. I don’t think he liked what we said and it seened as if he was angry with us. He said, and I quote, “Maybe this car isn’t for her, and we can’t decrease the price(I drove up in a lexus).” Actually, we were surprised, that was said, so thank you but no thank you. We’ll take our business to a more professional dealership.

I was helping my Aunt pick out a car and I went to the CBS dealership in Roxboro and that’s where I met Cathy Lester. She was very honest and helpful and she provided us excellent customer service! Cathy went above and beyond to make sure that my Aunt was taken care of! Great job!

My experience with CBS have been amazing!!!! Yesterday 7-21-21 I purchased my 4th vehicle from CBS. TIM ROBERTSON did this thing. Hillsborough office have a Wonderful. Manager with Tim. I would recommend him if you looking for a vehicle. Thanks Tim for everything.
Avoid at all cost. Still waiting on registration and tags after 30 days.Called no one even offer to help. Emailed no response. Forms for tag and registration has not even made it to DMV

I went to the Hillsborough location and they were AMAZING. My salesman chris was so helpful and made sure everything was how I wanted it. He even took $ out of his own pocket to pay for a battery for my car remote. The sales manager Tim was so nice to deal with. He went over everything with me and answered all my questions. He was informative about my options and didn't sugar coat anything. He g ave me the facts and what I was entitled too as far as warranty etc. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE looking for a reliable vehicle at a reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience with Catherine Lester (Cathy) she is the store and finance manager however, she assisted with the purchase as well. I had purchased a vehicle from her in the past at a different dealership this time she sold myself and my son a vehicle, her customer service skills are exceptional. She was very professional, creative, and responsive. Considering I was hundreds of miles away out of state and would not be physically seeing the car, I knew this presented a number of challenges from the start. Her communication was on point, and she had to get creative to make sure I still got the customer service experience I needed to be comfortable. She made a TIKTOK video of the car, and was careful to specifically highlight the areas that needed to be emphasized. Throughout the consultation process she was professional. She took care of the paperwork, and even followed-up to make sure that I was comfortable with the process. It’s clear that all the employees of this organization are held to a standard of excellence. I also I worked with Kevin, her salesman, and the level of competence and professionalism remained the same. I’ve purchased several cars over the last few years, and have been dealt with so many dealerships, and this is by far, one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I can say, with confidence, that this dealership doesn’t look at customers as if they can be taken advantage of, but instead sees them as people, treats them with respect, and is genuinely interested in working for the best interests of all parties. This buying experience was truly a pleasure.
