This was my first time buying a car at a dealership.

This was my first time buying a car at a dealership. The dealership failed to disclose issues a car had before contract was signed, saying it was clean according to their Experian records. Car had in fact been damaged frontally. When I tried to back out because of this, they put the manager on the phone, who shouted at me and used high pressure tactics and what appeared to be veiled threats "You own the car on our lot and you owe us money for it, if you back out,I don't know what we'll do(veiled threat here I think). call us back by 5*hangs up* eventually was forced to go through with the purchase, after having essentially been cajoled into doing so, as the contract had already been signed before I was able to discover the problems. What should have been a nice car buying experience became a miserable slog and now I'm stuck with a car that for all I know has unseen damage internally. The salesman involved was Bryan Schoonover. I don't know the name of the manager. I'll be there tomorrow to go through with this just so that it can be over. As far as I'm concerned, the car was misrepresented or they didn't do the basic research that shows up on even a carfax report. I tried contacting the attorney General's office and they told me to file a complaint on the department of highway safety and motor vehicles and talk to a lawyer. I have already filed that complaint. Hopefully they can do something but Florida laws are so confusing that I can't find reliable information on what my rights in a situation like this even are.(For example, is the contract currently binding, or does it become binding once I receive the car? This is a cash purchase with no financing, so there's no bank agreement or anything. I can't find reliable information on any of this, and I'm sure the dealership would never tell me. Do not trust these people, double check EVERYTHING. They cannot be trusted. I hope their service center is good, because I'll probably need it.

*Do Not Buy From Here* They will scam you!!

**Do Not Buy From Here** You will get scammed and will get sold a Lemon. I personally found out the hard way and was scammed out of $20,000 because of a car they sold me with structural damage, they will try to use AutoCheck and claim it’s better than CarFax and it’s not, the only one it’s better for is them because people don’t submit claims to AutoCheck like the do CarFax. The people here are typical Buy Here Pay Here car salesman trying to put a dollar in their pocket, and don’t care that they are selling you junk that you are spending your hard earned money on and trying to support your family with, and using your credit to finance and end up with a junk car that you have no choice but to pay for or it will destroy your credit. Just please listen and don’t get scammed like I did. Go to a legit dealer where you get actual warranty and where they will back their vehicles.

Great dealership gone bad!

I was so disappointed in this dealership, have used them for years and was always extremely satisfied. This time it turned out to be a complete disaster. The amount we were told would be allowed for our trade was not what was given us in the final total and the price for the vehicle was also jacked up. It was late and we were tired , so signed the papers, biggest mistake I have made in a long time. I would not recommend the current dealership to anyone, they lie, what a shame, lost my faith in them! Get all the paperwork and read it over completely before signing, have it all in front of you, not section by section.

Excellent Customer Service

This experience renewed my faith in the used car sales industry. We were surprised at the genuine honesty and excellent customer service. Todd Widla is a funny to the point person, which I appreciate so much. He put us at ease right away and it really felt like we were visiting with a friend. I have never laughed so much during the purchase of a used vehicle. All our questions were answered and we left completely satisfied and assured of continual good service. We are very pleased with the entire process and have already told friends of the great customer service while showing off our beautiful car.
