Crooks.

Crooks. Would not negotiate a penny off of asking price. Then, when asked for an out the door total price they add a $600 doc fee, another $289 for “accessories” (what accessories?), $150 for license and $67 for title? Excuse me, I live here in Arizona. It does not cost $217 to license a 17 year old vehicle. Tired old scheme of telling you they have other offers and deposits and lots of interest… why is it still up online then if you have sold it? Stay away. A rebuilt title is a reason to sell at a lower price, it’s not a reason to price gouge. I wouldn’t trust these guys any further than I could coax them out of their air-conditioned office with a 2 day old hot dog. The repairs were done with non-OEM parts, they were done with the cheapest parts they could find and by their own staff, not factory trained technicians. Vehicle would more than likely die on the road within 30 days of purchase. That’s fine, if the price is right to begin with, but these guys want you to pay a premium price for sub-par work. They bought this vehicle for $1,700. They spent $2500 on parts to fix a vehicle with a salvage title, and they want you to pay three times that, they want you to pay what you could buy it for with a clear title. The problem is, they are a salvage title dealership. Buyer beware and approach as though they are your typical slimy used car lot. Just look at where they are located! I’d bet a C note the turnover in the garage is horrible. Probably can’t keep a decent mechanic for more than 30 days.

We purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado in April 2024 with 45k

We purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado in April 2024 with 45k miles. In June 2024, we took to a Chevy Dealership because it was making a strange jerk motion and found out the truck needs a new transmission which will cost $8,000. When we reached out to Patrick, he told us there isn’t anything he can do. After further conversation he said he would supply the labor and we pay for the parts if we brought to him to fix. He said he would get numbers together and get back to us and we still haven’t heard anything. I had hoped Best Western would have done the right thing and either taken back the truck or have the truck repaired.

Great cars and service

Great service and cars. We bought a qx60 with rebuilt title and was in excellent shape. Had a small tear in the seat and they fixed it right away. If you need a car contact Sam and he will take care of you. I highly recommend them if you are looking for good quality cars. I will surely get my cars from them for now on. I live 2 1/2 hours away but well worth the drive.

Typical predatory dealer.

This is your typical bait and switch predatory dealer. They advertise cars that they don't even have, not to mention the fact that it's a buy here, pay here shop. Unless your credit score is lower than 600, steer clear of these crooks.

Great Deal

Great deal and buying experience. Sam was on the ball the whole time. He showed us the background research on the car and assisted us getting a dealer inspection. Everything worked out great!
