Excellent car buying experience

Car buying is one of our least favorite activities, but our Richardson experience left us with a much more favorable impression because of their attentive, personable, and enthusiastic employees from sales through completion of the necessary paperwork including a thank-you from the owner.

Owner beware

Over 9 hours and car was NOT ready. Richardson took my car to Levin because they were unable to finish repair(Richardson's service took my car to a different servicer without my knowledge or permission. Repair started out a little over $500 and ended up over $1000. Gave excuses why I could not see the supposed damaged parts. All in all a horrible experience.

"Is that really your reply?"

Went there on the recommendation from Auto Zone....worked on my car for about an hour...charged me $215 for labor. Left the lot in fine shape. That night stalled again. Was stranded. Next morning I was their 1st caller and the reply I got was..." When you left the check engine light was off and your car was fine. I don't know what you want me to do about it!" I was thinking "How about fix it the 1st time!" I would stay far away from that lot!!

Great Service&Cars

The car I bought here is in great quality! The employees in this company are pretty friendly and warm-heart! They showed me everything on the car and provided considerable serve! I like this experience that purchasing a car in this company! What's more, the serves they provide are so convenient that I can nearly get everything I want in this company!

Excellent experience. Contacted them and told them which car we were interested in and when we would be there. Everything was ready for us. Adela, our sales person, was very attentive and professional.

We drove over 4 1/2 hours from Southern Illinois to buy our 2013 VW Beetle Bug Fender Edition. John Ruiz, described it perfectly texted additional pictures, and made the entire process run smoothly. The entire staff was amazing from working out the deal, hassle free financing, and getting our bug ready to go. We loved this place. .
