I took a Highlander in for oil change and rotation of.

I took a Highlander in for oil change and rotation of. tires. I was in and out within an hour. The service staff are always friendly and helpful. I had some mobility issues and a couple of the girls helped by opening doors and bringing my car to the service ramp. This was deeply appreciated.

The staff was very professional and explained what was

The staff was very professional and explained what was going on with my vehicle. They also explained that the mechanic that did work before did not use the correct parts to fix the issue.

Efficient courteous.

Efficient courteous. Addressed my problem had to order starter from a Lexus dealer followed up with prompt appointment to program starter fixed a problem with tire sensor without my request at no charge to me

Only complaint i have is sticker and warning on my car

Only complaint i have is sticker and warning on my car stated oil change at 5,000 miles so i scheduled an appointment, drove an hour to Toyota dealership then was told it doesn’t need to be changed until 10,000 miles. That was a wasted trip.

I couldn’t be any happier than what I’ve been.

I couldn’t be any happier than what I’ve been. David Dennis doesn’t live very far from me and he’s been so good to drive my Highlander to your dealership to do what needs to be done and then I get a loaner car to drive. That really means a lot.because that way I don’t have to come to your dealership and sit and wait while my vehicle is being serviced. I have been very pleased with my Highlander.
