I was fortunate to meet Ballentine Ford several years ago.Purchased a new SUV from them and PRICE was NOT the only factor in my decision.Mark Roberts made this transaction personal and I appreciate his continued friendship.I refer to him as Mr. Customer Service. I drive an hour away from home to have my SUV serviced** Sherri is why along with all the professional and friendly people in this department. Thank you Sherri. Needed new battery. Sherri Franklin has always been my go to service. Always very courteous and helpful. In and out in 40 minutes. Bought my vehicle there and have always had it serviced there.

Sherri met us in the parking lot as we pulled up to the service area. While tagging another car she asked what our service needs were, walked in the service department asked for my keys and filled out the service request. She said she would call when finished. She did and went over the results of the service. As always very proactive and friendly in their customer service

Speedy service department. Offer a number of product and service specials. Only negative experience is the crowded customer waiting area. Size of waiting room is too small for volume of business.

I purchased a Land Cruiser from Ballentine Toyota and it was one of the easiest car buying experiences. Blake Culbertson was great to work with and responded to my emails quickly. The pricing was straightforward without additional dealer add ons that a majority of dealerships are charging. I would highly recommend checking this dealership out prior to purchasing from another Toyota dealer.
