I reached out to have them service my car that t I bought from them a few months ago. The first tie the service manager assisted and it was a great experience. When I called them back the service manager is out and the man. He told me they only had two mechanics and there was nothing he could do. Just kept repeating himself; did nothing to try and find a solution. As well as he told me I could go anywhere to get my car serviced; which the extended warranty I purchased requires me to go to them. So I tried to call the one on Ruby and the service manager at that one was very rude and abrupt and hey refused to assist me as well. I would think that an auto dealership of this size would hire employees with stellar customer service and have more than two mechanics.

Adrian was great. I didn't want to sit around and told them we wanted to hurry and he totally did it. So professional and easy going at the same time. Come here before going all over town, you will save time and money here.

The sales team at Auto Credit North are Fantastic people! I felt like I was home, they really took care of me. From the first moment I stepped onto the lot, they were attentive, considerate, and committed! I just want to let anybody that is searching for a car in the Northwest to go to auto credit North and deal with Dave. I went in there searching for a car to get back and forth to North Dakota and he was relentless on finding me the right vehicle at the right price. We were having problems with financing and Dave lower the price of the car drastically just so I could get back on the road and start making money to support my family what are the best car dealerships I've ever dealt with hands down I will be a repeat customer and thanks again Dave

I went looking for my first car and was helped by Dave! I had $250 and he got me a car that day! He was awesome and so helpful. He showed me cars to fit my budget and made sure that I got the best deal possible! The environment was fun and comfortable. All in all, Auto a Credit Sales North is the best place to buy your car!

I just recently purchased my fun little PT Cruiser from Dave aka "2dogs" he made the experience as smooth as possible, and was extremely friendly and helpful. He did his best to get me into the car I wanted with working with my awful credit! I felt comfortable with him as a customer and felt like I was in good hands. I love my car! Yesterday, my husband and I purchased a 2003 Ford Explorer for his employee. After beginning our search at the Ruby St. location then visiting three other nearby dealerships, we returned to Auto Credit Sales to make our purchase. We were extremely satisfied with their customer service. Our sales representative Mike, was especially courteous, knowledgable, and not pushy, as some others we came across that day. Mike's manager, Tom was kind, courteous, and patient as well. They followed through with everything they said they were going to do, and beyond. Thank you for a pleasant car-buying experience.

I bought my last car there in August-numerous repairs later I now need a transmission-Found out yesterday that the car had been totaled (illegal) wouldn't go there if the cars were free

i went to several car lots going into auto credit. i actually had stopped looking and then saw a commercial and decided to go look at their lot. Mike was the person who helped me and i was treated so nice. unlike any other lot i had visited. They made the process so easy and at my terms. i would recommend this lot to anyone. Thank you
