Great service!

Great service! Unfortunate to have to have a start/stop auxiliary battery replaced but they did it quickly and kept me informed throughout. Hilario was a great service advisor. Will continue to visit this dealership.

Henry, Service Advisor, is EXCELLENT!

Henry, Service Advisor, is EXCELLENT! This service visit took over 2 months to complete. Jeep parts were held up because of the F****** UAW Strike! Henry was on top of what was happening and communicating with me very well. His CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND! Because of the STRIKE, next time I'll buy a Mercedes GL. I've owed 15 NEW Jeep since 1988. I have worked with this Dealership for 5 years now. Also AJ, Wes, Rebecca have helped me in the past. Thanks!!

I had a scheduled appointment with the service

I had a scheduled appointment with the service department. It took three days for them to start looking at my vehicle and another two and a half days to fix what turned out to be a loose connection under the passenger seat. I had brought the car in last year four times for the same issue: airbag light was coming on. They initially said they needed to replace the wiring harness under the passenger seat but then replaced the airbag. It seems they should have gone to the wiring harness first. Five days for a loose connection, and they didn’t even wash the car before giving it back (not a big deal, but another example of the dealership's lack of customer service).

False warranty. False statements.

Pulled us in with a 1-year/30K mile warranty, then dropped it after we agreed to purchase the Jeep. Also, falsely stated they had sent paperwork and blamed notary was holding it up, when the notary didn't have it. Later, blamed Mavsign for their delay.
