I paid for a trailer hitch and wiring the hitch was used

I paid for a trailer hitch and wiring the hitch was used that they put on plus it had a lock on it I confronted the service manager and he flat out lied to me stating that he hitch installed it I went them and the owner claimed they never installed the hitch and further more they don't even have locks there he was kind enough the beat and break the lock off for me the service manager should be in charge of a latrine they will rip you off with the crap they pulled on me customers please be aware double check whatever they should. Do for you they're crooks I got a used hitch and paid for I thought would be a new one

Ted was the nicest and most help car salesman I have ever

Ted was the nicest and most help car salesman I have ever dealt with. He took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure we were absolutely happy and comfortable with our new vehicle. All of the staff was equally as helpful. I will definitely come back here next year to replace my second vehicle.

Lisa was so kind and helpful! She worked with me to get the best price, took the time to send extra videos and pictures of a vehicle to help with the process! The dealership had quick responses to any questions I had. Felt like you were talking to a family friend at the dealership.
