Horrible experience, sales guy (Matt) lied about vehicle several times. Had me put insurance on vehicle get loan processed then calls me back to say someone... else is buying the vehicle. I've monitored the vehicle online and it is still available. I have yet to get a return call, email or anything.. I will never recommend anyone to do business at this PLACE!
Ordered a custom 2018 JLU through HZ. In the 36 hours from the time when the vehicle was delivered to the dealership until I picked it up, they managed... to damage the rear fender and bumper. This was on May 7. Horrible response time in providing details to fix. Salesperson couldn't be bothered to respond to messages for almost 3 weeks. Copied the General Manager, he hasn't responded either. Now being told that parts are on backorder until July 26. I could have lived with backorder dates if I actually had any reliable contact with dealer, but several factors have led me to believe that parts were not actually ordered in May when they said they were. Next problem: Picked up vehicle on May 7. Told me all the paperwork was done. Someone called me on June 25 to say that they needed information to finish transferring my license plates. No one had bothered to reach out to me at all in the interim. This means I have been driving around for nearly 2 months without valid license plates through no fault of mine, except for going to a terrible dealer who doesn't care to respond.
This is the first place we went to in order to look for a newer vehicle. We intended to see what was out there and get an idea of prices. By the time... we left we had bought a used car that was newer than the one we traded in. It had a lot of the features we wanted. We are very happy with it. Brian Q and Gail took very good care of us and this is the FIRST PLACE we will go when we want another vehicle.

Pleasureful experience. I worked with Paul and he was very pleasant. Could have spent more time showing how all of the features of the car worked as... there were so many. Still don't have the dash display working completely.
My daughter & I went to look for a decent used car. The gentleman went outside and brought us a car that was totally what we wanted, it was like he was... psychic. He had a wonderful personality and I would definitely send friends, Family, co-workers, etc to this dealership for all of their vehicles. Thank you for being so dynamic!!
I know the car buying process has changed with the internet being a primary source of driving business today. With that said I emailed this dealer over... a week ago now about a used Durango in their inventory that seemed like a good deal. Expecting a response relatively quickly I watched me email. The next day I did receive a personalized auto return email. So I responded by telling “Dana “ I had serious interest in not one but possible two used vehicles from her inventory. A few days later I received another auto respons asking if she was contacting me too much and that she was there to help if needed. So I returned that email with a response telling her that I actually was disappointed she hadn’t taken the time to send me a real response as I was very interested but would have to drive over 150 miles to get there so I couldn’t just stop in. To this day still no real person has reached out to me. Thanks for the personal service
