My credit is not so good. Therefore, it was difficult for me to find a place that was willing to work with me on the budget I had set up. Mile High had this guaranteed financing advertised at the lot. Now, I've seen this before, but the fine print is a payment I could never afford. I decided to check it out anyway. For the first time, I had financing that fit in our budget and I was treated like I had a 5 start credit rating as well. They even got me a car with extremely low mileage and gave me this amazing high tech 2 year warranty on it as well. Right after bringing it home I noticed an oil leak. I took it back to them and they fixed it without question with no charge to me at all. I would recommend this dealership regardless of your credit status. They are just plain amazing!

Besides getting a great car for a fair price, the best part about my car buying experience at Mile High was that I did not feel pressured into making a purchase when we were negotiating a price. Chris Fisher was extrememly helpful and worked hard to get me a good deal on the car I really wanted. I ended up purchasing an '05 Infiniti G35X. After 2 weeks of searching and dealing with used car salesmen, Chris was by far the best one I worked with. I am very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend working with this staff if anyone is in the market for a used vehicle.

Upon my visit to Mile High, I already knew which car I was interested in since I had seen it online. I arrived, and the car appeared as featured. I spoke with Richard and he immediately had Theo help me with my questions regarding their "Guaranteed Credit Approval" policy as I have decent credit, but little of it. I was assured this wouldn't be a problem, and within 2 hours they had me financed, signed up, and out the door with my new car, and even drove it across town for me. Thanks to Mile High Car Company and especially Richard and Theo for getting me taken care of quickly and efficiently with the car I wanted, the payments I could afford, and all in a time crunch.

Please read before considering purchasing from this dealership!!!! I recently purchased a mazda Rx-8 from this dealership, and I must say I have never been so upset in the costumer service in a company ever! My salesman was Zack, who flat out lied and told me everything I wanted to hear to get my money. He completely failed to tell me ANYTHING wrong with the car, especially the $329.00 BROKEN keyless entry that these crooks refuse to pay for! When I confronted him about the problems this car had suspiciously AFTER the test drive he gave me the cold shoulder run around. The service department will leave you hanging weeks on end for repairs they claim they will make. I never felt so pressured to sign papers in my life, including a ridiculous "I agree to buy this car" statement! Do not believe the talk they tell you about them not getting any kind of commission on sales or the "these prices are fixed from our bank sponsers" bull. The people working here are the exact scam artist, stereotypical car salesmen you've grown to fear. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY and look somewhere else! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I went to Mile High expecting them to be like every other dealership. But they far exceeded my expectations. My salesman Chris was knew his stuff! My credit isn't the greatest and he was able to get me into a good car and a good price. I will send all my friends and family there! Go see Chris he's the best!

I went into Mile high car company after looking on line for several months for a bigger vehicle . I noticed the reviews for mile high were all great. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Durango and my sales agent Chris was amazing and so was the finance guy Zack. They treated us like real people not like oh you have bad credit. Thanks guys!!!!

My friend and I were trying to find her a nice car, fairly new and at a good price. These were our main concerns. We visited three other dealerships and were appauled at the pushy, overbearing, creppy, dishonest and downright RUDE salespeople, managers and finance managers. NOT HERE! From the first meeting with Theo I knew we had found our place. He was nice, educated, well-spoken, approachable and genuinely interested in what we wanted and needed. Then we met Chris, who was equally as wonderfully. They were both so helpful in helping us find the right car for her. They were not pushy in the slightest, but rather helpful and LISTENED. They genuinely wanted to get her into the best car for her. I think we spoke with Al, the manager next and he was very helpful as well. No sneaky pricing, no stuffy attitudes. Even the financing guy Zack was great! Very funny, helpful, HONEST and upfront about everything. I didn't get the heebie jeebies from any of them, and I tell you what--I DO NOT (usually) enjoy going anywhere near a car lot! I give them ten out of ten stars and will spread the word about them to anyone who will listen. :)
