My family and I have bought 5 cars in the last 8 years from EZ Motors. Rob and Eddie are like family to us!! Their prices are fair and their cars are solid. They don't sell anything that's not 100% ready to go. I've bought many cars from large dealerships and it's always a root canal. Not EZ Motors. They live up to their name and make car buying easy not painful. I've recommended EZ Motors to many others and everybody comes away impressed. Eddie and Rob are just hardworking good people.

Just bought a 2003 Honda Accord from Rob at EZ Motors and he certainly fulfilled the name EZ. I brought cash and it was no problemo. He answered all my questions and even though there was a Road Crew laying down tar on the road right outside the lot we drove it out with not a drop on the car.Rod was smooth and efficient and it was a real pleaseure doing business with him. He made the BUY/Sale easy. I would definitely go back there again!

I would like to tell folks a little bit, about EZ Motorcars, in West Allis WI. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Accent from them, and I would like to provide an account of my experiences. A) During the shopping process: I had a great experience in the EZ Motorcars office. They greeted me in a welcoming manner, with no waiting. They patiently answered all of my questions. They gladly arranged for test drives. They let me spend as much time as I wanted with the cars. I visited the shop a few times, over a 2-week period, and I looked at a couple of cars. During the entire time, there was no pressure put on me, at the shop or via other communication, to make a hasty decision. B) During the purchasing process: I did as much homework and due diligence as I could, before negotiating the final purchase. This included taking the car to a local independent mechanic for an inspection. The salespeople at EZ Motorcars encouraged me to do this. I would interpret this as an indication that EZ knew that the car was in top shape, that they had given it a proper inspection already, and that they trusted me and the independent mechanic. The car checked out perfectly. In discussion of the price, the salesperson was considerate and friendly. He was transparent about many of the factors that go into the pricing, he was clear about components of the final price, and clear about the out-the-door bottom line. I left the shop feeling that I was treated fairly. C) Relative to other dealers: Simply: No calls, no emails, no hassles, no pressure. Of 6+ dealers that I had visited in the 3 weeks of my search, nearly all were calling or texting every 24-48 hours. (As an aside, and referencing these OTHER dealers: How can a dealer tell you that a car is going to be sold to someone *else* at any moment, yet hound *you* every 2 days to buy it? Does this make any sense? I’m looking at you, Russ Darrow.) The folks at EZ Motorcars spoke with me, handed me their cards, and then waited. I really appreciate that.

We did not buy a vehicle from Rob. However, if he had a vehicle that fit our criteria, we most likely would have. Rob was easy to communicate with. He knew exactly what we were looking for. We were out of state buyers and he made sure we knew had all the information and pictures of the condition of the vehicle. In the end, it was not a fit. However, many other dealers would not have been straight with us regarding imperfections in the paint. Rob, was and saved us both time and energy. Solid dealer.

We lived 350 miles away. Rob made process easy. We met the truck with car in Muskegon. Two days later the brakes went out. Car was a 2007. No warranty of course but they said so sorry. Get it fixed. They would pay. They did.

I stopped in to look at a used vehicle I had researched for my daughter. Rob was friendly, honest, and helpful! I was back later that evening to purchase the car with my daughter. The process was so fast and easy, even with financing, that I would highly recommended! They pride themselves that all of the cars on their lot are low miles, well maintained, and good prices. Check them out!

Don't be afraid to purchase from a small lot. It was truly a great experience. I typically purchase used cars. I wasn't familiar with EZ Motorcars. After reading the excellent reviews I stopped by the lot. It was filled with nice used cars, all with a free CarFax. I took a convertible for a test drive. No pressure and they let me take the car out by myself, no ride along. I purchased the car when I returned. The whole process was awesome. Eddie and Rob are great to work with. I'll be back for future purchases.

I am impressed by my purchase of Chevy Impala 2014 from EZmotors. The whole process was smooth and I ended up buying at a very good deal. Thanks to Rob and Frank! Would totally recommend.
