I have only had the car thirty some days car broke down I

I have only had the car thirty some days car broke down I had to pay $300 for a tow truck to jiffy lube then I called Dave’s after diagnostic and he said he would call me back I told him I had to be out of town tomorrow and he said he would get with the owner and call me back and never did ! So here comes my lawyer

Do your homework and really look at what you’re buying

Do your homework and really look at what you’re buying from this used car company. Not all their vehicles are good cars and the salesman we dealt with is a scammer. He can’t be that dumb so he’s a lier. Went to buy a 2010 ford explorer with 92k. he told me that it was great working conditions he even drove it himself no problems. Got out there and it was a waste of time. Radiator is leaking alignment is off pulls to the right, Davey tried to tell us it was a road problem. He thinks we’re stupid. tire pressure light went on, maintenance to the radiator not good because water was being used not antifreeze. If we didn’t know what we were doing and bought this car for the price that is not worth the value of the car we would have broken down either by overheating or blowing something. Performance is not good engine didn’t feel right driving at 55. vibration on the acceleration pedal when first drove it. Told Davey about the issue basically used his used car salesman pitch well I don’t want to sell you something your not happy with have a good day. He should not interest in fixing these issues and I don’t think he plans to because it will cost him money. We got the impression that he looking for a buyer who don’t know what they are doing to scam. Especially with his cheap sales pitch he felt like a scammer.

Rude Salesman Ted I appreciate all the positive

Rude Salesman Ted I appreciate all the positive reviews for Madison Motors. However, All salesman are nice when they are trying to get your money. Madison is a decent Dealership. I met the original owners years ago. I met the husband and wife. Very nice people. That is one of the reason I bought my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. However, today I spoke on the phone to Ted. The salesman who sold me my truck. He was nice too; when he was selling me the truck. Today was a deferent story. I found out that I have a MAJOR problem with the frame. It is rusted out, and cost 4000. to 5000$ to repair. Original, I drove to the lot. I spoke to Davey. He said I needed to speak with Ted. I missed Ted's call yesterday. I called him back today. He already knew I was calling about the frame. This nice salesman was rude and disrespectful, then hung up on me. One thing I know for sure the original owners would have at a minimum listen to my problem. He didn't ask to see my pictures, or see the truck. He said bye, then hung up while I was talking.

Madison Motors Bought a 2014 Dodge Ram in 2022, vehicle

Madison Motors Bought a 2014 Dodge Ram in 2022, vehicle had only a minor issue with steering column being a tad crooked. Alignment was straight. Carfax showed clean; however I found a report out of Canada that showed the vehicle as salvage. The dealer Luke stated that had to be a false report and frankly it wasn't a Carfax report so I didn't look any deeper. I'm currently looking into legal representation because the truck was indeed labeled as salvage out of Canada, and is now having issues. Don't buy from these folks!

Loving our new Honda Odyssey

We have bought several used cars, some good experiences, some just ok. This was by far the best experience we have had. The price was fair, the processing fees were less than $200, they registered the car for us. All we had to do was test drive, ask questions, and then drive it off the lot and home. We LOVE the car that we bought and we appreciate that the process was so smooth.

Loving our new Honda Odyssey

Lexus RX 350 sale.

Bought a Lexus RX350 form Madison Motors in October and was very pleased with the buying experience. I primarily worked with Luke for the sale, whom I found knowledgeable and easy going. No high pressure BS ! Definitely recommend checking out MM for your next used car experience. Dave.

Recently purchased a truck from Madison Motors. Had a problem with the heater. Dwight and Ted resolved the problem with as little inconvenience as possible. Provided me a nice loaner while they had the truck! Good People!!!

Nice looking truck! However it is a lemon.

I bought a lemon . I am making payments on a truck that sits in my driveway. I have lost months of not getting to work 2 hours away that pays for the payment and for our business. Salesman says you got to expect these things on a older truck. Not right away. I have to charge this truck at least every other day. The gas tank ( even though Ford dealership said they fixed it is still not right ). The list goes on. I bought this truck as a back up for our business. I have not hauled anything with it. I have a car with many miles I drive locally but don't trust it out on the road . That is why I bought this truck. Yes the ford dealership had this truck a few times for repair ( on them). It is not repaired . Please take off my first review.

Unhappy customer

I was very dissatisfied with my service today I went in for a tire rotation and oil change and a yearly inspection I have bought my tires from them I was told then that I would get free rotations with the purchase of the tires they charge me for the rotation when I questioned them I was told that they don’t do that with their tires in the last 10 years guy was rude and I told him it was part of my purchase then he also informed me that they do not doing free inspections in the pass I didn’t pay for inspections there but they Charge me for that too then they informed me I needed new windshield wipers and I told him it’s been less than a month since I purchased my wipers I didn’t need them he informed me that he would not pass me he was going to fail me on my inspection because I did not purchase new windshield wipers I thought that I was being pressured and blackmailed at the same time so I was very dissatisfied with the service today

Very happy customer

After visiting 20 dealerships, big and small, we happened upon Madison Motors. They had the perfect truck for my husband. Luke was the nicest salesman that we have dealt with during our entire truck shopping experience. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We felt good dealing with a smaller family owned business. I will recommend this place to any of my friends/family who might be in the market for a used vehicle.
