These guys give car dealers a good name!

From the first moment we walked into the sales room, we experienced an uncharacteristic calmness and helpfullness selecting a used car. There were a couple other customers waiting for different things like an oil change or minor service issue and everyone raved about the outstanding effort that Northland made to please them. We soon discovered that too! Our two hour drive up to Milaca was definitely rewarded with a great car and the trust that we made a fair deal and made some good friends. You will be helped nicely and if you don’t find what you are looking for, they’ll bend over backwards to still assist you!

Great Experience

They never got back to me.

They never got back to me. After I inquired about the vehicle, I then noticed it it was removed off their website later that day. I would have appreciated a response to let me know they sold it! I won't be buying from them.

Mileage Fraud

Vehicle was advertised with low miles, up research found out vehicle had been tampered with and had MANY more miles and the reports clearly showed this. Seller was aware of this and said they will just sell to someone else than. Buyer WARNING, be aware.

Disappointed in response from dealer

Asked about if a car had a clean title, but later I discovered on my own that the car that I inquired about was in a flood. Once I knew that, I wan't interested anymore. I never did get a response from Northland Auto Center.

Very friendly and responsive

Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Northland Auto Center, Mark and Gabe were very fast and informative in responding to all my questions. They gave me honest information about the vehicle and I really appreciate that type of customer service!

Chevrolet Captiva

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Northland Auto. We return and send our family and friends because of the EXCELLENT service and attention we received both in person and on the phone. This is a business model all businesses should follow. Car buying isn't always fun but when you have trust in the business you are buying from it is much easier. Removes all doubt. We drive 2 hours to do business with them and don't hesitate, as we know we will be well taken care of.
