Purchase a grand am and had nothing but trouble with car the next day the check engine light came on . I later found out that the car needed a new computer and also the mechanic knew it . All they did was reset the computer and resold the car . they were going to charge me to fix it I just gave the car back they did nothing to help me and they told me too leave and it was gino so I lost 2600.00

I was in the market for a pre owned vehicle and was referred to 4 wheels of Fox Lake. From the time I called them, I felt very much like I was dealing with the right place. Very friendly, honest, hard working, and family oriented. I was treated like they knew me for years. With that being said, I will always refer anybody I know to this amazing dealership.

This dealership is great. Buying a car from here is like all dealerships should sell. Friendly people. They brought the cars around up front for me to inspect and test drive by myself with no pressure from the salesman. We agreed on a price quickly, witch was fair. I was in and out with my new used car within an hour, hour and a half tops. Not all day like at other places. The cleaned out my old car and put everything I wanted to keep into my new car. Scraped off all the stickers and everything. I will be back.

I would definitely recommend. I got my first car here and was very pleased with the amount of time considerations put into it. Nice cars! Mine works really well and I am happy .

All I can say is it's more then likely the best experience you will have at a used car lot. I've bought 2 SUV's from them, the first one about a year an a half ago from Rick, and recently the 2nd one from Nick, both of these guy's couldn't be any nicer, and went out of their way to make me happy. when the time comes to purchase another vehicle I won't hesitate to check them out first, I would buy from them again in a heart beat. they have quality used vehicles at affordable prices "THANKS A LOT GUY'S" " YOU ROCK" !!

Good service and good people. Prices are within reason and good selection of cars to choose from. Would recommend them to my friends and would purchase another car from them.

First time buyer there but would go again, very good buying experience Nick is extremely helpful and down to earth in dealing with people, very honest, and not pushy, It will be the place I will recommend to family and friends.

I had been beaten up by other local dealers trying to get them to listen to what I was looking for. Nick took the time to listen to what I wanted. I went in to look at a particular offering. Instead of just moving me on to something else, he explained why that vehicle was so inexpensive, and ultimately we found something much better for my family. Financing was painless, and a much better rate than I expected ( my credit isn't great), and Nick made sure my minor concerns about the vehicle were repaired before I took the car. I will never go to another dealer as long as I live close enough to see 4Wheels!

Was beyond happy, sales guys are easy going and no pure pressure at all and they never hid anything. Was really impressed how upfront they are about the cars and trucks. we had an issue and they took care of it right away and when i say an issue it was a tiny issue that i would not expect a used car lot to even take care of but they asked me and i told them they said bring it right in and they fixed it . Its stuff like that that makes the buying a used car easy. Thank you again guys the Cadi is great.
