Always great people to deal with

We are repeat customers. We bought a Chrysler Town and Country almost 2 years ago and had such a great experience with them that we went back for a Dodge Ram for my husband and I year ago in July. They make you feel very welcome and they don't bs you into a vehicle you didn't come for. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle in a few years!

Always great people to deal with

We are repeat customers. We bought a Chrysler Town and Country almost 2 years ago and had such a great experience with them that we went back for a Dodge Ram for my husband and I year ago in July. Absolutely great experience Randy&Toni and their staff did a great job. Toni went above and beyond to help me out. It's a pressure free environment where their more focused on meeting your needs and help you out and providing you with good customer service. great customer service!

A good customer service means a lot to me, and here I find a good customer service, the buying process was quick and cooperative, andthere were lots of good car to choose from. In future I will definitely consider Crase Auto dealers.

Couldn't be Happier

Just made my 4th purchase from Crase Auto, Sarah Baker is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she wants her customers to be happy with the sales service and purchase. My car is just what I wanted and Sarah took time to show me all the features before I drove off the lot. Even took the time to have the XM subscription from my old car transferred to the new one. I always recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and they too have always been very happy that they went to Crase Auto.

Just bought my 4th & 5th car from Crase Auto!!

I recently just purchased my third Explorer from Crase Auto, I go back to them every time for my upgrade and they find exactly what I want! I also purchased my second work car from them, I sold my first when I was laid off and as promised they found me another when I went back to work! I love the buying process, their cars are serviced and clean, the sales staff is the best around, the finance manager does an excellent job getting the best rate possible, the warranty company they use has never let me down when paying claims, the service dept is honest and have a quick turn around...they keep me coming back!

I wasn't fast enough

I got a very quick response to my initial inquiry, but then I had some things that came up that prevented me from following up as quickly as I should. By the time I did get back to them, the vehicle I was interested in had already been sold. It says a lot about the dealer that he was getting quick responses when he posted cars on the internet.
