Russ is very friendly and great to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and in what price range. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Nor did he try to push us into looking at a car higher than what we could spend. I would not hesitate to go back if Russ could help us out with our car needs again.

Unexpectedly needed another car. Searched a variety of dealers, both small small family-owned and large manufacturer lots. Found what I wanted at Coast to Coast. Emailed question and got a quick response. Then the trip to test-drive and negotiate. Went smoothly. Whole process was professional and pleasant. New (to me) car in one afternoon. I'd go there again.

We loved our T&C & it was totaled in an accident, so we were looking to find as close to the same thing as possible. Coast to Coast had one that interested us. I hate car shopping and this is a used car lot, so I went with much fear and trepidation. Russ and Terry were GREAT to work with! Not the fast-talking, shyster-type I was fearing I would find. :-) Even let me come the afternoon before Thanksgiving and come back the day after Tgiving to take the car to my local mechanic. The first day I came, he let me take the car for a test drive ALONE (talk about trust!), which was great because I was able to take it home (we live very nearby) for my family to check it out. I checked the car out thoroughly (highly recommend this; not sure they do this initially) and found some things that needed fixed and Russ promised that he would fix them and not raise the price. And he did! BTW, ask for an AutoCheck report. It's not listed on their website, but they have them. I didn't ask until after I fell in love with the car and found out that it had been in 2 accidents, but my mechanic cleared it, so I continued on. Facilities get a 4-star because the parking lot is a little scary - packed with cars! Overall would highly recommend them.

We looked at used cars at several locations and were not impressed until we went to coat to coast auto. There we several cars in our price range and CTC helped us narrow our search. Most of the cars that we were pointed to were in excellent condition- clean, inspected and engine running well. There were several clean cars that had only one owner which was a good indicator to us. This was a car for our daughter in college and we wanted something to see her through. We highly recommend the folks at CTC- they worked with us and helped us find the right (safe and good value) car.

Great place to buy a car. Terri is great to work with and I always have a great experience there. THe process is smooth and easy and no one will be trying to sell you anything.

The miles on the car and the fair price of the car is what got me interested in driving 30+ miles to check it out. When I got there, the car was full of dings, dents and deep scratches. The car looked like it was in an accident, but Carfax was clean. The fender and door rubbed, there was rust. So I offered much less. They said No. I asked what their counter offer was and they said No. Literally. So obviously not willing to negotiate.
