No response on the car or anything about it. Was super disappointed since we were really excited about this car and nothing.

They never got back to me went there to look at it and it wasn't even there wanted finance and Noone ever called or text or anyghing

It was a lady. Wasn't helpful at all. I just wasn't sure what to ask she was not forthcoming at all.

One of their staff members is one of the most rude condescending people I’ve ever met. I wasn’t inconsiderate to this person. In fact i know it’s a chore to deal to customers due to social media & how they harass workers but this guy is a you know what. No way I’d give them business

I was in discussions with Ashley Hunter about purchasing a truck from Sam’s Riverside. I let her know I was interested in buying it and that I schedule a pre purchase inspection. I paid for the inspection, the inspection happened, and Sam’s Riverside sold the truck immediately after the inspection was completed. Do not do business with this company. They will waste your time and money.

Poor service. Very scammy. I drove hours to see a vehicle only to find it has a ton of issues they never mentioned

Was in the market for a 2018 Ford Taurus Sho. No help when I walked in; had to ask around and find someone. Salesmen was uncooperative and cagey the whole time. Didn't speak. Only thing he told me was he forgot to mention the driver side seatbelt was locked and need replaced, half the trim was hanging off, and the airbag light was on. Litany of issues that weren't told to me prior to the long drive; which I called to ensure there wasn't. Genuine waste of time, a shame; had my hopes up for a price too good to be true. Never shop here.

Brooks was a pleasure to deal with. We looked at a pickup that we had seen posted online and he also showed us other options available. Unfortunately one of the other options that we actually liked better was parked behind a lot of vehicles and it was getting late so we couldn't take it for a drive. We're still considering a purchase.

Contacted them about a vehicle by email, and never heard a word back from them. Not a good first impression!
