Awesome experience! I bought a truck from East Pen Auto. Great no hassle service. I had no way to get the truck home so Mike really helped me out by delivering the truck to me.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID.
DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID. I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Please do your research. I am not the first one they sold a vehicle to that was not safe or they couldn't keep their promise, or they did something sketchy too. Their prices are good because their cars are not. When I was there they day I was picking up the Jeep I left a 5 star review. They made everything so seamless and smooth and worked the numbers so that I was able to stay in the price per month that I wanted to be in. However there was several red flags that looking back I can see now. Here is a quick look at my story from xxxx. My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 6/8/24. Driving home from work on 6/29/24 I hit a deer. The jeep was taken to a body shop via my insurance. Because they warranty the work done for the life I own the jeep they do a full inspection of the damage. In doing so they found The Jeep was in a prior accident with unsafe repairs. It was their honest opinion that they felt they wouldn’t be able to safely repair the jeep as is because of the prior damages. Frankly if the owner was up front and honest we would not have purchased the Jeep. I stated as soon as I sat down at the owners desk that I noticed that on their websites posting that the car fax showed the jeep was in a prior accident and I asked about it. The owner never printed or went over the car fax when I asked about it yet just ensured me that it wasn’t a bad accident, yet just a fender bender and that all the damages were repaired. They put in a new air bag sensor, the light is still on the dash due to a corroded wire and that it is common issue with Jeeps. I had it in writing that they would fix it. I had it scheduled to go back on 7/2 and pick up a few days later. But let’s face the facts that that they would be unable to properly fix it due to the catastrophic accident where the airbags had deployed. They would have to change the seat belt sensors and everything. When I drove off the lot he had black tape covering the light on the dash so you couldn’t really see the light when looking in from the drivers side and when you are looking at it straight on. The owner knew it was not safe and that there is no denying that It was more than a fender bender. As the owner of a car dealership he should not have sold an unsafely repaired vehicle. Also when asked about a car fax he should print it and go over it with the buyer. That not only is the LAW but the proper thing to do. As of today 9/24 I do not have a title with my name on it, with out that my insurance will not pay off the bank. I am still paying on a Jeep I cannot drive. When I called them to make sure all the paperwork was filed they assured me it was. I reached out to the DMV and they told me that my title transfer request was started on 8/15 OVER 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING THE JEEP!!!! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY LIKE MY WIFE AND I DID.

Buy your car here!
Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Matt was friendly and honest…he told us some of the repairs needed on 1 car we looked at…that sold me on purchasing a car from him. The process was effortless. The facilities were clean and so nicely decorated…very welcoming. Just overall excellent experience. This will be the 1st place we look when it’s time for another kiddo to get a car.

One of the greatest places ever dealt with!
An absolutely great place to do business with! I went to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. Dealing with Austin was a definite pleasure! He was very courteous and professional. At no point did I feel like I was just another customer. He made us feel welcomed and showed he cared about our needs. Unfortunately, an issue came up. But both Austin and Matt bent over backwards to make sure that it was completely resolved. For anyone I know looking for a vehicle, this is going to be the very first place I recommend for them to go to. Thank you so very much to you both for everything! God bless.

FEELING LIKE I WAS SCAMMED
I took an Uber from Allentown to see the in GOOD condition 2006 PT Cruiser they listed. This condition car had fender damage on front driver side as well as 8 inch crack in window. When I turned the car on the service engine soon light came on. After explaining to Christopher that I did not intend to purchase any vehicle with light on and then another individual Isaiah came out stating "we can fix it its only the O2 sensor". He stated I could have it for $1600, then I stated I would take but that I wanted the 02 sensor fixed now and light off before I would take it - Isaiah stated FINE and the price went back up to $1800 because I had the audacity to ask for it be fixed. I made the payment and Isaiah took it off with the money and I never saw him again. Before he left he went outside and shut the door behind him so he could say something to Christopher that I couldn't hear. Christopher put the part in the vehicle and low and behold the SERVICE ENGINE was still on. I was very irritated and stated I specifically I would not take the car with the light on, Christopher looked at me as if to say this is your problem now. He then proceeds to tell me when I go down street to pay Notary (A FEE NO ONE EVER MENTIONED) I should ask Notary if he has another scanner to check while light is still on. I go down to the Notary and paid another $360 and asked if he had a scanner to check engine light - he looked at me like I was from outer space-why would he have that item? I proceeded to stop at Turkey Hill to get fuel and the Driver Side window that sometimes doesn't go down DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. I then cant get gas cap open back to the dealership I go only to have Christopher say its an after market cap that could get stuck, he ended up drilling a hole in in cap so I could use it. On my way home one highway found that drivers side window that doesn't work causes whistling through out car when you exceed 50 mph. This weekend my Daughter called me to pick her up on side of the highway because the car was shaking violently when she stepped on gas, now i have to have it checked out by a mechanic. If this is the type of experience you want go this Dealership. Im putting a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO HERE.
