I had my technology lesson yesterday with Nico, who explained the many features on my new Legacy and how to use them to get the most out of what my car provides. I admit I was a little nervous about it, as I had been a little overwhelmed trying to figure it out using the manuals, but it was a much easier and more enjoyable experience than I was anticipating. Nico is a very personable, kind and patient young man - a credit to the dealership - and he assured me that I could call him with questions and get a follow-up session if I needed it when I come in to pick up my plates in a few weeks. The 25 dollar gas card I received was the icing on the cake. I was very satisfied with this service.

The staff was polite and never pushy when buying the car....

The staff was polite and never pushy when buying the car. They were very helpful and patient in answering questions about the new features of the car, especially the bluetooth features. The Saleswoman followed up to make sure that I was happy with the car I purchased.

I picked up my new 2020 Outback two weeks ago. My salesman Geovannie Padilla made the entire experience a pleasant one. By the way, the new dealership is spectacular. Today I met with Niko Lattanzio who explained many features on the car and answered any questions I had. At the end he made sure I had his phone number and invited me to call him if I had any other questions in the future. I am very pleased with the service I receive at Pine Belt Subaru.

2 weeks ago I leased my new 2020 Subaru Impreza Sport. My salesman, Barry Mackenzie, made the process painless while providing all the information I needed to make a great decision. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy to boot! Today, I had my appointment with Dan Dellane, Delivery Specialist. Dan patiently answered my questions and explained all of my new car's features and gadgets clearly and completely. I had read the quick reference guide, but Dan provided insights that will help me take full advantage of everything my car has to offer. Both of these gentlemen are true professionals who made this car buying experience my best one ever. Thank you!!

I had my "class" today with Nico so that he can...

I had my "class" today with Nico so that he can demonstrate all the technology that was in my new car. As a senior citizen, this was very helpful as I never had a car with all the bells and whisels. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He was alo very friendly and knew his stuff...and, after the class, I even got a $25 gas card!! This is one of the best dealerships I ever encountered.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the spacious clean...

We were greeted as soon as we entered the spacious clean and modern showroom. We did not have an Appointment. we received prompt and undivided attention throughout our buying experience. All questions and concerns about the new vehicle were addressed. The only lag time was waiting for the finance person and getting in to sign paperwork. I left driving new vehicle confident that if I had any problem or concerns I could call at anytime and receive needed support - very reassuring.

She made the process so smooth, she was super patient with me and all the questions I had, very understanding and easy to work with! She worked with me to get the price I wanted and didn’t make me feel hassled or make me feel bad for double checking all the numbers.
