i bought my car 2 year ago from Shane Auto sales and my car got problem last week...other Mechanics ask $750 for repair...but Shane told me just buy part and my car costs $150...for repair... thank Shane.

I felt the salesperson, Kevin?, was honest, sincere and very helpful.

I cant say enough good things about Shanes and the staff. Finally I found a place that I felt comfortable about purchasing a vehicle. They went beyond exceptional customer service when I purchashed a used 2004 Luxus SUV. Very down to earth and a helpful staff. Anytime I had a question even after the purchase they would accommodate me. If someone ever mentions about buying a vehicle, I will strongly recommend they check out Shanes.

I stopped by to look at a used car, Jorge was super nice and very courteous to my needs. I put $200 down to hold a car, but came back a few days later to say that I found something else at another place. Jorge was no pressure type of person, and refund my $200. He is there to make the buyers experience special and look out for the needs of you and family and friends. I will di finitely refer my family and friends to Shane Cars, and shop here next time I'm in need of a car.

Probably the most honest guy you will meet. Definitely the first place to go for a dealer I was looking for a reliable car that he had and he was completely honest telling me what I should look for. Definitely suggest going to this guy before anywhere else.

I have been shopping for a car for last 3 month. I am a single mother my daughter found a car at Shane's auto sales .we visited the dealership in the beginning I did not feel comfortable with the car salesmen but when I met Shane the owner he was very nice and he worked with my budget and gave me a car at the fair price .He also gave me one month warranty and he told me if you have a issue after your warranty expires you always can come back to us and we will be very fair with you because they have their own service department on site.Now it has been 3 weeks so far so good with the car.I really had a good experience with them my other daughter is coming up soon I will go back again and make sure if you go there talk to Shane .over all it was a good experience .

I purchased my 2005 BMW 325i a couple weeks ago and I haven't had any problems with my vehicle. I was a little concerned because of all the comments that have preceded mine on other websites, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I do urge all buyers to be smart consumers when purchasing any used vehicle. HAVE THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY INSPECTED BEFORE BUYING!! And read the contract that you are signing. I believe that Shane and his partner are doing everything they can to strengthen their online reputation, so I would like to contribute my two cents and say that they are doing a good job!

I bought my car there over a year ago. It is running smoothly and I am very happy with it. Shane and Hormos were very courteous and professional.
