Earned my business!
There are a lot of places that buy/sell/work on cars. Ben, Bill and the folks at Sleepy Hollow are the sort of people that make the difference. The service department handled my repair and insurance claim seemlessly, and they gave me a very fair price for my vehicle- knowing I had my eye on purchasing another elsewhere. It’s worth going out of your way to do business here- perks of a big dealer with a family atmosphere. I’ll be taking my vehicle here in the future.

Great prices, easy to deal with, on the date of purchase everything was ready to go and I was in and out in under 45 minutes.
Slow correspondence
I was originally disappointed when reaching out online and received no response. Once I reached out to a specific person, I got rerouted several times. Each person would have different answers to my questions. When the vehicle sold that I was interested in, no one reached out to let me know until I was on my way to see it. Then, instead of trying to offer me something as an alternative, was just given a sad face by email.
No one returned my email
No one returned my email so I ended up purchasing from a dealer that was referred by a friend instead. Thanks but no thanks. I
Great experience-Silverado
I had been searching for a truck for over 2 months, looked at over 350 trucks, 40+ dealerships and then finally found the truck I had been looking for. I called to ensure it was still available. They were able to hold the truck for me for 1 week until I could make it to dealership since I was out of state. The truck was in great condition when I got there and it was a quick buying experience. Dan was a great salesman and was very prompt when answering questions. Highly recommend.

Not impressed
I had called and emailed asking for pictures of a couple vehicles and was told they would get them for me and they never sent anything. I still made the drive to go look at the vehicles and I feel like they gave me a service guy as my salesman. I told him what I was looking for and he had no idea what kind of inventory they had or where the vehicles might be. I ended up driving the same vehicle I drove at a previous dealership. It had more miles and more wear and they still wouldn't come down to the price the other dealership gave me. We did all the negotiations in the waiting room standing because the service guy didn't have a desk. Not impressed at all.
