I had been looking online for a specific vehicle and found one at this shop. Test drove it two different days and both times Bashir was very easy going and helpful. He allowed space and time to "investigate" the vehicle. The entire buying process was quick and straightforward. I was also able to come back to get a part they ordered, installed. Each time I had visited the dealer they were helpful and made me feel confident in my purchase. It's a different dealer environment but one I would most definitely return to.

John was extremely friendly and personable. We had called ahead to look at a 2006 mini cooper, and when we arrived it was waiting for us to test drive. The buying process went very smoothly, and John was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to a friend!

They where very helpful at getting me what I was looking for in my price range.

I had looked all over the place in VA to buy a car and when I came to this dealership, I had the best experience form start to finish. First of all, John, the dealer that assisted me is an amazing person. He was delighted to help me get the best car in my choice margin. He was willing to do all his best to get me the right car. His excellent customer service along with his honest personality persuaded me to purchase a car that was in my price range. I asked him which cars were the strongest and would give me less trouble...and he gave me the honest answer. He clearly wasn't just trying to sell me any cars like most dealers would, he actually recommended me to a great car and he gave it to me for an incredible price. All in all, in my opinion this is the best dealer in VA by far(this is from my experiences.) I would give it a 10/10 considering the great customer service, the kinds of cars he has, the honesty, and pretty much everything that I was expecting from a dealer. So, if you are tired of crappy dealers and you're ready to find the right car, DULLES AUTO SALES is your BEST BET!!!!

The car purchasing experience was low stress and quick. The price was fair and lower than any other dealer for the same year, make and model. The service was great too. No issues with car and would buy from Dulles Auto Sales again. Highly recommended!

I had never purchased a used car before, so I did tons of research and looked up all local offerings of the used car model and years that I wanted, in the price range that I could afford. John was wonderful to work with and very patient with my questions and verifications (by Carfax, AutoCheck and mechanical inspection) so that I knew I was getting a good deal on a fantastic used car. He worked with me on the price and necessary repairs, and was very fair and friendly to work with as a dealer. I have had a great experience with Dulles Auto Sales and highly recommend them if they happen to have the car you are looking for!

I highly recommend this dealership, great customer service, the employees are very understanding and helpful. You can always come here if you are looking for a place that has lower prices than other dealers around the area. It was overall a smooth and nice buy and there were no problems with anything.

I just recently purchased a 2011 Toyota 4runner from Dulles Autosales and it was the best car buying experience I've had! John and his Brother are very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy and received professional advise throughout the process. The 4runner was in excellent shape cosmetically and mechanically, I also looked at many other cars on the lot and saw the same from them. They only sell quality cars with clean Carfax. The dealership is clean and while small, has everything the need to offer good cars at really good prices. Make sure you don't go to one of the several other dealerships near Dulles Autosales, I believe they unfairly get lumped with the other less trustworthy businesses in the same area. I highly recommend John and Dulles Autosales to anyone looking for a quality car without the intimidation of a larger dealership.

I came by and looked at a vehicle. I had emailed the evening prior w/ my questions (no response) and called before driving out to ensure the vehicle was still there (yes it was). I came to see it and it was perfect. John was friendly and knowledgeable. He OFFERED to "hold" it until the next day - he was leery about us test driving in the rain?. I asked him for the carfax report and his business card. He did not require ernest money down or my phone number as he did not mention (and he is the business man in this exchange - his business not mine). I stupidly took his word for it. My spouse went by that evening rather then the next day because this was the right vehicle for us (he had been 6 hours away and came back early in the pouring down rain so we could just finalize the purchase). We were hurried as our vehicle had been totaled by a negligent driver. My spouse was told that the vehicle had been sold. The gentleman (buyer) had driven 1 hour to see it and argued that since John did not have my number or money down that he should sell him the car - which he did. Lesson learned! I thought a persons word meant something these days (and despite this, I do believe most people are honorable - just not here). I telephoned John. He told me that the vehicle was "no good" and that he would find us a "better car" by the end of the week. If this other customer really wanted the vehicle then he would still want it the next day. John could have shown some integrity and said if we did not show he could have called the gentleman the next day and the car would be his, but that he gave his word. He would have been able to keep his word AND make a sale. This review would have been a whole lot different. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. No integrity; "great, reliable car" when trying to make a sale and then the car is "no good" after selling it from under us. Said he would call by weeks end w/ a "better car". Nothing. Although we wouldn't give them our money or our time. If these guys were honest people, John would stand by his word or not make promises he had no intention of keeping in the first place (seems like a good business practice and pretty easy). BEWARE. . . . or if you must deal w/ this place - get EVERYTHING in writing!!!

I am a retired professional and live in Western Maryland. I recently purchased a 2001 Mercedes Benz E-Class from Bashir and John at Dulles Auto Sales in Chantilly, Va.. What a pleasant experience. Both gentleman were extremely helpful, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. They sell high quality used vehicles at a good price. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
