This dealer sold me a vehicle with MANY MANY issues. I’ve since contacted a lawyer and we are taking legal action. It’s disgusting how they will lie right to your face.

Went to look at a vehicle, had called and spoke with Roberto. He quoted me one price on the phone, when I arrived he apologized and said he had misquoted the price. Said it was actually $1000 dollars higher, he said he would honor his quote. So I took it for a test drive, came back and said he couldn’t honor the price. After some back and forth we agreed on a price slightly higher than his quote. He kept trying to push the extra warranty, said that it was a good candidate. Should have been a red flag right there! Didn’t bother with the warranty, there just money makers for them and never cover anything. Needless to say, a couple of days later the service 4wheel system light popped on. Took it to have it checked out, found out they had been clearing the code prior to test drive. There were 12 stacked error codes in the memory that they had cleared to hide from the customer. Ended up being a broken harness wire and a bad transmission cylinoid. $600 later all good. This is a very dishonest place, I got lucky that it wasn’t something more serious. Most folks go into a business looking for honesty and integrity, not to drop pandemic priced car’s at the garage 3 days after purchasing. Do not trust these people, you might get lucky. But I wouldn’t recommend taking a chance with them.

Saw the vehicle we sought after and went in. Went back the next day to do paperwork and it was hidden in the back, spoke of problems, and had another beauty ready, waiting and running. They spoke highly of this vehicle and vehicle repair insurance - covers anything major (lie) for first two years. We brought it back after first few days, they held onto it and faked repairs. Same issues came back to life. Took it to dealer within 6-mos, diagnosed with those most famous dreaded words...!...ENGINE FAILURE...!...we have paperwork. Had to pay $200/diagnostic and of course insurance rejected repairs. We are African American seniors on retirement and disability: $436/car note, $237/car insurance for a 'new' vehicle that is not drivable. SHAME-SHAME-SHAME on them. They won't respond to BBB inquiry. We deserve to be made whole - it's called Customer Service. These people belong on the American Greed show, just for their lack of principles. Play it safe, do not buy here!

Make sure you have your vehicle checked out by a licensed mechanic before you buy, they don't service cars, they have covered dash lights with black tape and they will not do any repairs after the sale! Robin is a nightmare to deal with and so is her husband Ed. Very unethical!

Ed was very friendly and fair, very professional about his business. I'd reccomend him to anyone looking to trade in their car for a used car or truck.

I stopped by to look at a truck that was on the lot. A salesman named Mike came out and greeted me. We looked and talked about the truck For a bit and then I took it for a ride. After coming back Eddie joined the conversation and I couldn’t have asked for a better bargaining session. This is truly a dealership out of the past as it deals with honesty, lots of heart and no B..S. There is no pressure and they really want to make you feel good about your purchase. I have purchased many cars in my 70 years of life but have not had this much fun buying a vehicle in many years. “Thank You”

Got a great deal on a quality Toyota Tundra vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and I would definitely go back again.

They were very personable and really took into consideration for what we were looking for. They were able to help us find a car that fit our price range and also allowed us to be safe on the roads. It was such a joy to work with Ed and we really appreciate the time and attention that he gave us. He really wanted us to get just the right car for us. I will for sure go back to see him when we are ready for our next vehicle.

went looking for car with my grand-daughter. We did find a great car and Josh was wonderful to work with. unfortunately we had issues with finances and emded up with another vehicle. Met the owner who was very forthcoming about the car. I would highly recommend Direct Auto Source.
