The paint was damaged and they tried to play it off that I was overly picky. The hood had hard water stains that even outsourcing could not completely rectify. The sales person said if you don’t want it we have others lined up. Needless to say the car was still for sale last I looked.

first and most important the car is fantastic and i appreciate Samuel locating and securing it. that said, i didn’t find him consistently responsive during the search. he tried to move me off my desired color and also tried to get me to buy over equipped cars.Deven, his assistant was patient and fantastic teaching me the car. my car was delivered with under inflated tires and Samu told me they would reset…. they don’t. also after i signed and paid… he rushed me out the door and i didn’t know how to charge it where to charge or how to operate the digital landscape of the car…. deven was great!!! helpful and patient but it would have been better for all if he had been able to help me at the dealership and not have to drive 30 min each way to my house to help me

Overall, decent experience. Got a good deal and was out of there quickly. However, for a Porsche and Beverly Hills, I expected more in terms of service. Car wasn’t cleaned or ready when I got there even though gave salesperson plenty of notice. No follow up after sale either to see if all is good or any questions with the car. Called them with questions, left a message with front desk - 2 days later still waiting for a call back.
