Shady sales tactics.

Shady sales tactics. I got bait and switched with a great deal on a F350 Dually that "Just sold this morning, but you can come see all of our other trucks." Don't waste your time, credit checks, or energy. Look elsewhere.

Great guys but really poor at vehicle prep and readiness.

Great guys but really poor at vehicle prep and readiness. When we bought the truck, I had several conversations about detailing however, the interior was still pretty bad and we had to borrow a rag to clean makeup off the passenger seat so my wife could sit. The side ramboxs smelled like pot and still do, they didn't even attempt to wipe them out. Fuel was completely on empty (for $50K you would think they would put some gas in it). Had a code we couldn't clear when we got home on for the adaptive cruise control saying the camera needed calibrated. The rearview mirror just flopped around loose. I had the windshield guy who calibrates the cameras for the Dodge dealer fix the mirror but he couldn't clear the code, the camera is bad. I wasn't able to bring it back in right away because they are 45 mins away and we would have to leave it, leaving us without a vehicle. Trying to plan that, we had our first snow and the 4wd didn't work leaving me in the middle of an intersection with traffic all around. Couldn't get the truck back into my driveway because of it. Comes up "4wd system overheating" and there is no traction at all. Also the windshield wiper fluid wouldn't spray and dumped into the engine compartment, the wipers themselves were torn. It seems they really didn't check this vehicle out at all or put any effort into detailing. I'm guessing they buy the vehicles and just put them on their lot hoping they have no issues when they sale. Again, everyone was really nice but it hasn't been a great experience.

I live in another state and this was my first experience

I live in another state and this was my first experience buying a car without driving it first. Very pleased with my car. Thank you Ryan for all your help in making this happen. Service was amazing.

This is an excellent dealership, pretty laid back

This is an excellent dealership, pretty laid back environment which makes it great in purchasing a vehicle. Adam was my main guy and he did everything to get me the best rate on my purchase. He's a great guy to work with and very personable. He gave me a great value for my car that I traded in when compared to other car companies who pretty much low balled it. Another great guy is Matt, the guy behind the desk. He explained every paperwork in detail and made it easy for me to submit stuff for the loan company. Overall excellent buying experience from a small local family owned dealership. And I will always look at their inventory the next time I'm in the market for another car in the future.

Great experience, good people

I was in the market for truck and messaged Ryan after finding a great deal off the Sterling Auto website. This was one of the easiest, stress free, no pressure experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was in and out the door in under 2 hours. Highly recommend. Everyone I met with was kind and straight to the point. I highly recommend and would happily do business with them again.

Great Service! Quality Vehicle!

I spoke with Adam at the Sterling Auto Sales Franktown dealership looking for a specific vehicle at 4pm. He had it delivered to them the next day as I traveled from out of town. The vehicle was ready and warmed up for me to test drive when I arrived. No high pressure sales, the vehicle was clean, loaded with extras, and drove perfect. All my questions were answered and the sale was fast and smooth. I am very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Very helpful and friendly people work at this store. A pickup was brought in from another store for me to view. It was exactly as advertised and I was pleased with the trade. The finance manager worked for me in order to get to the payment I needed. Everything was presented to me in a low key and friendly manner which fits with what atmosphere I was hoping for. And my little dog who goes everywhere with me was given the run of the place and he welcomed the attention given by all who work there.
