I gave this dealership one rating only due to the

I gave this dealership one rating only due to the pleasant demeanor of the salesman (Lil Rob).... Outside of that I do not recommend unless you bring a mechanic with you to drive and check the vehicle out thoroughly.. I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from this dealership February 15th and within a week all lights on dashboard came on I contacted the dealership to let them know and they asked me to bring it in the mechanic will handle whatever was going on. I brought the vehicle in he supposedly fixed it which I paid $400 and within the week from getting my vehicle back all lights came back on.. I contacted the dealership again they said bring it back in, which I did, and 190 dollars more!!!, the mechanic supposedly fixed it and within a week all lights came back on.... I will not be taking my car back to their mechanic because obviously he does not know how to diagnost what the problem is and fix it..... Which leads me to believe the reason for the car having the problems that it does is because when they purchased it he was not able to find out what was going wrong before they sold it...... So as I said initially take a mechanic with you, it will save you some heartache as well as a headache..

Great Place to do business with

I called on the phone to inquire about a truck that was listed and then drove 3 hours to look at it and made a deal and returned home with no issues. It has now been 2 months and still no issues

Awesome Experience

Thanks lil Rob and your team. My truck is great. Definitely worth driving down from Richmond. The vehicle was as described and no issues on the trip home

I’ll Be Back

I had a awesome experience at First Quality Auto. Lil Rob didn’t hassle me and gave me everything I needed to know for the purchase. The entire transaction took 45 minutes. I’ll be buying from them again.

Extraordinary Service and Sales Experience

Be aware

I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacrosse March 2017. My car has been in the shop three times since I purchased it. The AC did not work. The radiator had a leak, and a hose had to be replaced. Now there's problems with the power steering. Please stay away. This is ridiculous!!!

Wouldn't buy from there again.

I bought a CRV.. Little Rob was great to work with I checked the car out "good" i thight. Well after I bought and I my way home it blew a head gasket. I called Little Rob right away and he said bring it up there the next work day. Well a blown head gasket you can't drive and l I live 35 miles away so not a short tow trip. Long story short the heater core was totally shot in turn made it overheat and blow gasket Honda dealer said there was no way they would not of known the core was shot. I sent the owner a letter asking for assistance with the $3196.00 bill. Of course no response other than little Rob calling and saying he would see what he could do. It's obvious the cars are not checked out by a mechanic in detail before selling.

From an out-of-towner

The whole process was at first a little worrisome being over the phone and long distance. My wife and I drove down 2.5 hours to pick up a Honda Odyssey I saw on Cars.com. Tom gave us a very reasonable price and when we went down to pick it up, the whole process went rather smoothly considering that I did not have all my ducks in a row. Mark (I believe the owner's name is) and Tom worked with us and we go our car out of the lot in a very short time. To date, we are still very happy with the Van and have talked about going back for our car when we need to upgrade.
