    Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the way David and Johnny treated me and my wife reguarding a part for a vehicle we purchased from them Although... they offered to replace a malfunction part on the vehicle they led us to believe they had ordered the part which in fact they never did. When we tried to contact them for proof of the purchase they totally ignored all messages text and phone calls. We will never buy from them again nor would we recommend these guys to anyone we had to purchase the part ourselves which cost us 720 total. Ugh !!

    The short version is Michael's son bought a used truck AS-IS and found a crack in the Air Intake housing behind the headlamp. Michael's wife... believes we should have taken care of that for her baby boy.. Read more if interested in the full story. No matter what you do to help, some will like it and some won't, this is world we live in.. :) Michael did not purchase this vehicle, his son Austin did and He didn't really purchase the vehicle from Ultimate Autosports but from an affiliated broker, J&S Auto Brokers. Ultimate facilitated the documents for Johnny at J&S yet as the dealer of record we are responsible and I as the owner was fully aware of the situation thus provide these facts. For the potential clients that may take some stock in reviews, I would like to say that the vehicle purchased was a beautiful 2015 Ram Diesel 4x4 with a retail value of $36,550 and an advertised price of $31,950. John is my brother in law yet as with the couple other brokers we deal with, I have a strict policy on the integrity of the process, no gimmicks, no games. I personally got involved early with Michael's wife as she requested on her sons behalf to discount the truck another $1000 to enable him to meet his financial requirements. John agreed to take the deal and I met them at my office to handle the paperwork where Austin went over the truck thoroughly. We pointed out the left side headlamp looked new as if it was replaced but knew of no other issues. The vehicle was sold AS-Is and all documents processed. All was good until a couple days later when Michael's wife called John and stated that there was a crack in the air intake housing behind the new headlight. We found them new online for $180 and used for $50 and the only thing I believe John did wrong was agree to try and find a used one and I know he really tried to help. Michael's wife thought this to be our responsibility and kept calling stating the Dodge dealer wanted over $600 which we told her was very unreasonable. Google 2015 Ram 2500 Air Intake housing, the best one is a little over $300. When John was willing to offer $100 for the used one, Michael's wife was unable to wait and had the Dodge dealer install a new one. Not that profit has anything to do with the integrity of a deal but I am willing to bet the dealer made more selling her this part than we did on the truck. Our operation prides itself on being very transparent and even offer clients access to purchase direct from auction for a small fee guiding them along the way. John nor myself knew of this issue or we would have explained it up front. Michael's son Austin got an absolute beautiful truck for $6000 back of retail value and we cut our little bit of profit back to nothing to help him financially. It's unfortunate the plastic Air Intake box was cracked and explained to Michael's wife that John should not have offered to get the used one if he couldn't comply in her time frame. For this I apologized but do believe our actual client is extremely pleased.

    David held the car for me while I traveled thru states and gave me all the information I needed before hand so I got there and signed paper work and drove... off. he puts a great image being used car sales men definitely recommend!!!!

    This is the 3rd vehicle I bought from Ultimate Autosports in the past few years. I bought another from Dave 15 years ago when he worked for another company.... He is always very informative and searches for the right one that fits my needs. This summer I thought I needed a smaller vehicle and bought a Toyota 4Runner only to find it just was not a good fit and went back to Dave for help. We looked at his network of available vehicles, located an Infiniti QX56 and made the deal. I traded the 4 Runner for $500 more than I bought for 3 months prior even though it had 7000 more miles but I did add a new stereo with back up camera and new tires. I intend to keep this vehicle much longer than the 4Runner but when I am ready to trade, Dave is my car guy. Before you make a deal, it just makes sense to give him a call.

    Was referred to Dave and he did not disappoint. The process was painless as he answered every question and arranged financing through a credit union while... I was there. I signed a few documents and was off, couldn't believe it could be so simple to get the best deal.

    David helped us from the beginning to end. This is the first dealership that I ever wanted to come back too. David knows his stuff and he also is upfront... with everything. He told us what we could do, what we couldn't do, and also what we don't need. I had the best time buying my wife's car from here. If you are looking for a car and aren't getting anywhere with the dealers go here and trust me you'll not regret it.

    Falsely advertised on website and verbally read out loud the website to me, listing out options in the Dealers Notes Section.... after purchasing the vehicle,... I had it serviced at the dealer who informed me it actually did not contain these options. Make sure you know how to tell if it has the options advertised, or make the salesman actually demonstrate the options to you. At one point I asked about an option and he said I would have to read the owners manual, he wasn't sure how it worked.

    Client asked about a 2012 BMW 528 located at auction, originally bought by another company I work with. My web site populates options that 80% of simi...lar models have and the ad she saw stated it had a heated seat, this was not a requirement that was brought up in the phone conversations with her boyfriend. Client viewed the car at auction, drove it around the auction, agreed to a price, I pulled the car from auction and she drove the car back to my dealership. She then renegotiated the deal for an extra $500 on her trade and had me dye two little wear spots on the armrest and the seat. When this was all done, she sat in the car then walked around it for another hour before she consummated the deal and signed all documents. Never was the heated seat mentioned, only a day later did she call and complain. My web site clearly states "ID numbers populate options, please check with dealer (or personally)to verify". I pride myself on providing straight, up front answers plus will point out anything I am aware of prior to any deal. I am made aware by this deal that no matter how hard I work to make everyone happy, there is no pleasing some. I honor my word and expect my clients to honor theirs yet this client agreed to a price then only after I pulled the car from auction and started the process did she renegotiate not honoring her word yet chooses to personally attack myself and company. I once had an attorney friend tell me he was so busy, he could not take every client and had to grade them prior to doing any business. I am also busy in providing my clients a no nonsense way of buying cars with direct auction access cutting out as many middle men in the process as possible. All this while using my 34 years experience to help you pick the highest quality vehicle that fits your needs plus offering the lowest credit union rates available. Car dealers don't have the best reputation. PLEASE, call me and make your own decision before letting 1 bad apple spoil a chance at a great deal.
