Working with Marquis was simple first stop took care of most of the paperwork, got me in the vehicle I wanted, picked it up on Thursday and finalized the paperwork with Mary she also was wonderful, finance dept was easy to work with all around great experience, and no draw you in xx.

Fast and courteous. Andre handled everything well. Tried to suggest a different vehicle but thats just his job. Josie was extra proficient at closing. And awfully cute. They we're willingbto deal a but and i appreciated that Ive only had the vehicle 2 hrs so we'll have to see how it goes.

Worst car buying experience EVER!!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! Do not believe them when they tell you they want to help you rebuild your credit. If so, they would have to sell vehicles that are reliable. Do not rely on the “5 Star Checklist” on the vehicle or the safety inspection that is done by 5 Star service department because my vehicle would not pass when I got a 2nd opinion. It’s been 2 months now since I purchased my 2019 Nissan that I paid $25,000 for. I understand it was used and issues can arise, but this vehicle should not have been on the lot to sell if it could not pass an inspection. I was reassured by the General Manager that they “personally”offer a warranty for the first 3 months or 3000 miles, so he would “personally” make sure any issues would be handled…Well they ARE NOT!! Their service department has had my car 5 different times to fix the stereo/Bluetooth, that has not worked since I purchased the vehicle and now they made me another appointment to try n fix it for the 6th time, but the first available appointment isn’t until 8/14/23. I spend a lot of time driving and luv to listen to music. It is extremely frustrating that I can’t even use Bluetooth for music because the entire system doesn’t work, including the navigation. So whomever does these checklist/inspections needs to be fired. My concern now is knowing they can’t fix it, obviously, and now they are trying to put me off? It’s really sad that they take advantage of people and tell you what you want to hear. If you give someone your word that should mean something rite? This dealership definitely does not!! I plan on posting updates on when/if this ever gets resolved.
