Industry Motors - A Great Buying Experience
I had a great experience buying from Asaad of Industry Motors. In my experience he provided great customer service, was very personable, fair and straight forward while looking for a car for my teenagers. He took time to answer all my questions on the phone and in person and made me feel like he valued my business. I appreciated him taking time to explain the car buying process to my son. I left Industry Motors very satisfied with the customer service and vehicle I received. I highly recommend if a clear, straightforward, and customer centered experience is important to you. Thank you Asaad!

BUYER BEWARE
Absolute worst experience we have ever had .bought a car at industry motors ,within 24 hrs. Engine light came on , called Assad immediately. His response take it to an auto shop for diagnosis,we asked to take it to the dealer he said. NO. Google a reputable shop and take it there .That is what we did . They said it would require a deep diagnostic test so I asked Asaad to pay upfront and he did .Then it had multiple things wrong , We asked Asaad to pay for it he said no .He gave us a warranty ,but he said it did not cover it. Again I asked him to pay for it he said No we took it to the most expensive place we could find. I said we took exactly where you recommended us to take it . He said " you want me to pay for maintenance, I said you sold me a car with maintenance issues, after you told me that you have your vehicles maintenance and safety inspected.and you give all your clients a warranty(,apparently it isn't any good ) He also offered for us to purchase a warranty that is a 2 day 250 miles but also told us it wouldn't do us any good because we came from 200 miles away and it would expire if we had to bring it back .I requested him to pay for the vehicles work and again he said No.I requested him to send me a copy of the vehicles maintenance and safety inspection report that he said he has done on his inventory vehicles and I still have NOT received this report .again I requested he pay for the fees of the auto shop and again he declined . He said he was out $400. For Diagnostics ,I said I am out $18,800. ,he said how are you out that much ,I then replied I bought a piece of xxxx car from you ,and had to pay to have it fixed, which to this day still needs more work done . In my opinion ,Asaad cares nothing about what he sells people ,doesn't care about what they are out ,only what he is out .obviously doesn't care about his company reputation either or he would make good to his clients . In my opinion, he is nothing but a fraudulent , used car salesman . He is a real life Harry Wormwood .

Exceptional Service
This was by far the best used car buying experience we have ever had. Believe me, we have bought a lot of cars in our life. Everything couldn't be better and the only reason we rated the Facilities at 4 stars not 5 is because they are showing their age.

Buyer
We went to Industry Motors to look at a 2009 Lexus gx470. Assad had the car up front ready for us to drive when we arrived. After a test drive we took it a local mechanic to have it inspected which it passed with flying colors. The buying process was a pleasure since Assad was very knowledgeable of the car and recommended a used car warranty which we purchased. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable. We would recommend Assad at Industry Motors yo anyone for your next car buying experience

Father of Nicole P. ; Sacramento, CA
To Assad: Owner and Trusted Advisor-- I observed the entire purchasing process with your dealership and my daughter, Nicole P. Your personal integrity towards Nicole was exemplary. Thank you for being a trusted advisor and your kindness towards Nicole. What more could a father ask for?! John P.

I worked with Fadel to purchase a used Tacoma truck. Fadel was very helpful and polite. Problems discovered during my check of the vehicle were promptly fixed and I am really pleased with the truck. I would buy another vehicle from Industry Motors.

Still loving my 4runner 1 year in!
My silver 2005 4runner was my first purchase of a previously owned Toyota vehicle from Industry Motors. I love this 4runner as much as if not more than the 80's models I owned before it, and I'm writing a year and 2k+ miles into owning this one. Even with just stock parts this well-maintained 4runner has already been through so much and has yet to let me down. After buying it last July I left for a 2 week road trip down the California coast, over to the Mojave desert/29 Palms area, up to Las Vegas, through Death Valley and back up 395 along the Mammoth lakes route before dropping back onto the western side of the sierra. We drove through 122 degree heat without any issues. I've since made regular quarterly road trips up the coast and into the sierras, and have yet to experience anything but great performance. The biggest repair I've had to make was replacing the original water pump. This is a great first SUV purchase, considering this 12 year old vehicle drives like new (thanks to routine maintenance). I owe my satisfaction to working with Assad at Industry Motors. He helped me from the minute I came by, asked me about the features I wanted and what kind of activities I do. When I told him the specific year and model (2005 4runner SR5 V6 with 4wd or a 2006 Tacoma extra cab.) he showed me what was in stock plus some additional SUV options to give me a sense of the price range I was looking at. I was pleasantly surprised that Assad had several Toyotas for me to consider and gave me the Carfax specs for each with detailed maintenance records. Assad was also willing to go to auction to find what I wanted, so if you're in the market for something specific Industry Motors is a good starting place. In the end I went for the silver 2005 4runner SR5 V6 with 4wd. I was encouraged to take it for test drives on the surface streets and the freeway. When we noticed a whistling sound, Assad checked it out right away and made sure to tighten down the roof rack; when we took it back on the fwy the sound was gone. Before any purchase Industry performs a full check-up, does a tune-up, replaces any parts that aren't in top shape, and details the car. When that was complete, I was invited to drive it again. It was additionally reassuring to know Industry doesn't sell salvage title vehicles, and if they find the car has any issues that don't appear in the carfax report Industry will bring them to your attention. Once I made my decision the financing was straightforward and the monthly payment options were manageable, speaking as a public school teacher who only makes about 55k. I went with the warranty option offered, and Industry handled the title transfer and dmv registration. I should mention I was a 32 year old woman making my first car purchase that required financing - on my own. My experience with Assad at Industry was exactly the kind you would want in this scenario. Honestly it felt like shopping with my own dad. I was given options, there was never pressure to close a sale, and Assad was transparent about what the financing would look like with what I was able to put down. In other words, expert advice without pressure. Assad wanted to make sure I only left with what I wanted and no second thoughts or questions. Looking back a year later, I wouldn't change a thing. I recommend not only this model of 4runner but also checking out Industry Motors as a reliable guide for a previously owned car that will feel brand new.
