A Very Satisfied Customer

I traded my Kia for an Audi. I drove the Audi for a couple of months and things started going wrong with it so I went back to Two Car Guys and explained why I was no longer happy with the Audi. They let me exchange it for A Mazda. They didn't give me any problems and we're wonderful to work with. Thank you all from a very satisfied customer.

Satisfied with my purchase.

I bought a 2009 Town and Country van 2 years ago. I’m still driving it! I appreciated the simplicity of the interactions with the staff and with John.

Horrible!

I called and spoke to John Sands about a pick up truck. Extremely rude and unprofessional, after speaking with others it seems this is normal for him. We won't be purchasing from him.

All the way from Central Illinois

Incredibly friendly, accommodating & professional. Old time customer service in a modern world is hard to come but we found it here. Highly recommended buying a quality used car from here. Sam was patient and let us drive everything we were interested in until we found the right fit. We will be back!

Great buying experience

I stopped at 2 Car Guys to look at a truck on my way to test drive a truck at another dealership that advertises "one dime down." John not only explained everything on the truck on the lot, he showed me a truck in the shop they just got that had a lot less miles. I went to the other dealer and they didn't even have the truck I was supposed to test drive. Even though I called two hours prior and they assured me it was waiting for me. Come to find out it was an ad that was 5 years old. Went back to 2 Car Guys and bought the newly arrived Dodge 1500. Everything about the experience was great. I had to wait a couple of days to pick it up only because John insisted that everything was done right. Financing was quick and easy and everyone was super helpful. Thank you to everyone for a great truck at a good price.

Above and beyond

Went for the first time in Dec 2020, was treated fairly and with respect. No pressure took all the time that was needed and made a buying choice from a great selection.

Crooks

Johns Sands and Mike Johnson are the biggest crooks and thieves. 8/11/20. They are hostile, and the 2014 BMW 428i I looked at did not have a buyers guide on the auto or when I test drove it. The one they produced was not legit and was not signed. Car was filthy, seatbelt stunk like cheap cologne, radio was broke and they tried to get me to pay $500 to fix the amp. I walked in a single woman, alone, hairdresser making 30$grand a year with a used car 243,000 miles on it and a $grand To trade, for A vehicle to get to work in. They lied to me, and made me think I bought it, had me go to tire bargains for a $36 safety inspection I paid for With my own money for a car I never got funded for. I returned the car to the lead crook John Sands, con artist, due to I was rejected on funding, my income requirements weren’t good enough and no GPS on the car. I got my old used car back and my $grand down payment back. Worst experience I have ever had. Shadiest sleaziest used car LLC. Every trash can in the office was overflowing and they really are the epitome of the Jefferson County Hoosier. The BMW had sticky laffy taffy wrapper trash in the drivers side door when I supposedly bought it and fully insured it, took it home, it was August and hot. Zero stars. John Sands was hostile and told me my old used car was probably smashed at the junkyard and that he maybe only got 150$ for it with a hostile high pitched loud tone voice, Mike was cocky and belittled me when I complained that there was no buyers guide in my paper work. I’m driving my old used Chevy with 243,000 miles on it, and have piece of mind again.

The worst place you can possibly buy a car

John gives poor service, lies about his vehicles, does not have the titles on hand, because he has to pay off the lender first, he is completely dishonest, do not go here,
